Everyone from the cashier to the sandwich staff was polite and super helpful. They saw I might need an extra hand (Iām disabled with a walker) and were ready to help me. Thank you! Itās wonderful to not have to always ask.
Our sub was delicious! They didnāt skimp on toppings or meat- havenāt ever seen a Firehouse who does which is always appreciated. You go to other sub shops and your lucky to get two slices of Turkeyā¦
I didnāt use the restroom, but the rest of the restaurant was clean. Everything was stocked. Other than the knife that was behind the counter I didnāt have to ask fir anything.
Downside to this visit is we didnāt get the pickle that normally comes on the side. Maybe they were out. Also somewhere between the register and the making of our sub my special request for cut into four pieces and put into one box got lost. Thankfully they had a plastic knife. It just made sharing a large sun with my other hand...

They were the ones who took my order and they had my receipt in their hand as they remade the order two additional times. I wanted my food exactly how it was ordered on the receipt. They never gave me my receipt once they finished making the food. I won't go back. I don't even want the food after the experience. I would rather take it back for a refund, except I don't have the receipt. I wanted no lettuce and no onions. The first sub had onions.
