Have been buying drinks here consistently for over 2 years, lately they have been filling my drinks only part way and I did NOT request light ice. I ordered a viatnamese coffee and jasmine tea and I ordered them upsize but they only filled them up 3/4 of the way. When I asked the cashier about it she tried telling me they made it a while ago and the ice had melted which doesn’t make sense because the ice melting would not affect the amount of liquid in the cup, also I ordered it 5 minutes before I got there to pick it up since I live close by... this location seems to have a lot of unfavorable reviews lately....

Normally, I do not go to the location. I got the drink. I always order the black sea cream. this time they gave me the bare minimum amount of cream, and they were very rude and looked at me like I was an idiot. When I wanted more, I complained about the amount of cream they took back the drink and it could no longer be sealed, making me unable to mix the drink. I asked for a refund, when the refund was finished, they took the drink from my hand and informed me, I wouldn’t get the money for five days poor staff, and poor service at this location. Kevin, needs to teach his employees customer service...

I had an unpleasant experience as the worker here is very rude. She has platinum blonde hair and impolitely asked me to stop "making a noise with my chair." How is it my fault that the chairs to your establishment are squeaky, especially when it was not only me with a bad chair. Not to mention, the coworkers conversations amongst themselves are extremely loud and impolite to guests. Maybe spend more time cleaning the floors to stop the chair squeak and stop screaming with laughter behind the counter. Will not be...
