Placed an order for 2 breakfast burritos on the phone today. Picked up my order. Ate in the car right infront of the restaurant With my husband. Started eating my burrito took a couple bites as i poured the hot sauce because I had asked for it on the side . As I was taking my bites noticed a hair inside on the left side of my burrito in the egg .I showed my husband and I got off the car to show the Old lady and she couldn't see it . So then i started digging into the burrito so that I could remove the hair and show it to her . I then asked for a napkin because she was still saying she couldn't see the hair . So I took the hair and put it on the napkin and she still said she couldn't see . I placed the napkin on the counter with the hair on it and she still said she couldn't see it . The hair wouldn't stay on the napkin because of the wind . It went off the napkin so we started looking for the hair on the counter ,I found it right away . She was being so rude in speaking to me in Spanish saying I might as well start wiping the whole counter down and picking up all the trash and other hairs off it. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant. I was extremely disappointed that she refused to make me another burrito and then I asked for my money back and she said she was not going to give me my money back . So then i asked for the managers number . She didn't give me a number . She said I could call the same number I placed my order on and ask for the manager .
