A&J's — Restaurant in Fullerton

Placed an order for 2 breakfast burritos on the phone today. Picked up my order. Ate in the car right infront of the restaurant With my husband. Started eating my burrito took a couple bites as i poured the hot sauce because I had asked for it on the side . As I was taking my bites noticed a hair inside on the left side of my burrito in the egg .I showed my husband and I got off the car to show the Old lady and she couldn't see it . So then i started digging into the burrito so that I could remove the hair and show it to her . I then asked for a napkin because she was still saying she couldn't see the hair . So I took the hair and put it on the napkin and she still said she couldn't see . I placed the napkin on the counter with the hair on it and she still said she couldn't see it . The hair wouldn't stay on the napkin because of the wind . It went off the napkin so we started looking for the hair on the counter ,I found it right away . She was being so rude in speaking to me in Spanish saying I might as well start wiping the whole counter down and picking up all the trash and other hairs off it. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant. I was extremely disappointed that she refused to make me another burrito and then I asked for my money back and she said she was not going to give me my money back . So then i asked for the managers number . She didn't give me a number . She said I could call the same number I placed my order on and ask for...

Horrible experience!!! Greedy owner!!!! This place started to go downhill when the nice Greek family sold it. I placed an order for a breakfast burrito by phone. Went to pick it up, they tried to charge me for the price of a regular burrito, because it was after 11:00 am. How am I supposed to know this when phoning in an order? The sign on the window says, 3.89$ breakfast burrito before 11:00 am. There's not enough context there. One would think it mean they serve breakfast burritos before 11 am only. It should state regular price after eleven. Their chili taste like crap now. Old and used for days. They don't give you a bag unless they have to. They will charger extra for everything without telling you grilled onions, sauce on the side ect. Use your common sense greedy owner means = dirty, unsanitary, cheap, only cares about maximizing their profit. 4 generations of our family have been customers with this establishment. me and my brother "God bless him" decided to stop here one day way back in 1966 and i still remember one of the original owners who was the cook. he was a very nice Greek gentleman that never smiled but was totally cool to us young kids. the lady that worked up front made up the team that served us for the better of 30 years until they decided to sell .. they have since moved on and sold the establishment and it has gone through a few different new owners but, the quality of food and the huge servings have never changed with them.the zucchini is the best and they still have the great burgers and best breakfast sandwiches around not to mention still the biggest bag of fries in the county". our Mom and Dad , me and my brothers, sister, my Son and now his Son have all enjoyed this great little iconic place in Fullerton". even though only a few of us in the family are still here, we still eat here at "Good old...
