WAIT WHY DOES A BOBA PLACE HAVE SUCH GOOD KOREAN FOOOOOD???? My dad found this place on fb (lol) saying they had good food. Intrigued, we tried it out. I did not have high hopes initially. You have to go to the counter and order yourself, plus bus your dishes. Plus the strip mall its in...uh... leaves much to be desired. when you go you will see what I mean lol. It's pretty run down. How could a place like this have good food? We got red bean noodles, Kong guksu, oden udon, clam knife cut noodles, popcorn chicken, and taiyaki. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. I tried a bit of each and it doesn't taste cheap like you would expect at a boba place! Honestly, the quality was better than the average matjips around this area. The Kong guksu was very creamy and frothy... I didn't like it (totally different texture than what is normally served), but my dad said that was one of the reasons people liked this spot. Okaayyy... :l My dish, the clam kalguksu... HOLY S- the broth was sooo0o0o0o good! I think its the best I've had in america so far... the broth was chock full of clam flava. Everyone was freaking out about how delicious the broth was. BTW, It was PYACKED with old koreans by the time we left. (You know that means it's good.) Guess everyone and their mom knows about this hole-in-the-wall gem.

Cool little trendy spot in a large shopping plaza. Not too hard to find, there's definitely plenty of parking probably even when it's busy. Bright yellow sign in the front, can't really miss it.

Walking in, it's a spacious space with a cool trendy vibe. Music is not too loud, almost non existent tho. Be aware your conversations will echo and people can hear what you say. Nothing too crazy or interesting stands out. The cashier was friendly.

Our orders consisted of 3 different drinks. A caramel salted frappe, a hot mocha and a chai latte. We also ordered 2 tayaki fishes, one Nutella and one custard. The fishes were decent, seemed a bit undercooked but decent size and tasted ok. Drinks were ok too, nothing to special. The frappe however did taste a little off.

Overall I'd give this place a solid 3/5 stars. It's decent tasting, good place to hang out, but awkward without too much music and things echo enough that people can hear your conversation. Good service. Good place to study tho. Not one of those tea house I would be seeking out for boba but would go if it was...

yikes! this place doesn't respect their customers.

we ordered a boba milk tea to try out this new spot. when the order came out, the guy at the counter said "here's your boba coffee."

?????? we were confused. "we didn't order that" I said. he said "no... you ordered boba coffee."

I said again, no I ordered boba milk tea. he refused to acknowledge his mistake. I would have never ordered boba coffee because I would never drink boba in iced coffee. that combo doesn't sound good to me. yuck.

Any place with good business practice would say "sorry! let me remake it for you" or at least "oh! let me check the order again" but nope, this place just straight up said "I'm right. you're wrong. I don't want to fix this situation."

if he couldn't make it right, we didn't have any reason to stay. we took the drink and left with a bad taste in our mouth. here's your one...

I visited this bustling eatery on a Saturday around noon, accompanied by my cousin, who highly recommended it after our acupuncture appointment--let's just say I was definitely ready to eat! We decided to try a few dishes: the popcorn chicken, pork bulgogi, and beef kimbap. Each item arrived piping hot and packed with flavor, truly delicious! Despite the restaurant being packed when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to find a seat. Fortunately, the crowd began to thin out after lunch, allowing for a more relaxed atmosphere. It's clear why this place is so popular; the food is outstanding! I highly recommend giving it a try--you won't be disappointed!
