I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Sarai during my recent visit to your restaurant. I am a regular customer at your establishment and I have always been impressed by the level of service provided by your staff. However, Sarai's service truly stood out and I felt compelled to bring it to your attention.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, Sarai greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. She was very attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make excellent recommendations based on my preferences. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail.

Not only was Sarai efficient and attentive, but she also had a positive attitude that made my dining experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and I truly appreciated her efforts.

In addition to her exceptional service, I also noticed that Sarai was equally attentive to all of the other customers in the restaurant. She handled each table with the same level of care and professionalism, which is a testament to her dedication and work ethic.

Best Denny’s I’ve ever been to. Believe me, I’m a Denny’s expert since collecting my first holographic baseball card after finishing my grand slam meal in 89’ .

Vibe: not too crowded so there is great service. Clean, nice area. Good music.

Service: unlike the Chinese restaurant back in hometown in Shanghai, these waiters aren’t yelling at me, speak politely, slower than my chinese family members cause they’re not running, but speak at an unthreatening and non hostile volume. David is polite, and offers to refill my water before it’s even done!

Food was amazing their patty size for the double cheeseburger is huge! White cheddar was great! Fries are well seasoned. Onion rings could have a little bit more in terms of quantity.

Birthday cake pancakes are my daughter’s favorite. They’re pretty average in my opinion, but she loves them…. So we get them every time. David however gave us a side of sprinkle and it MADE HER DAY.

I’ve been coming to this Denny’s since 2010 and it’s still my favorite. They’ve had many upgrades recently so it looks a lot nicer inside - more up to date with new lighting, fixtures, and dining! All of the employees are great, have great customer service, and are outgoing and attentive. My favorite is Gaby! She’s so welcoming when I come in - usually for breakfast, before heading into work, She always asks how I’m doing and says “good to see you again”. And her service is amazing and fast. The food is good, I’ve never been disappointed at this one. There’s a lot of regulars at this location and the team makes it feel so welcoming and home-y for a franchise!
