Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Fullerton

absolutely disgusting behavior from the cashier this evening. went into get some food for my family and i and the cashier was so mad at me for looking at the menu even though the couple behind me was also looking at the menu because we didnt know what we wanted and they even said so in front of her and she heard both of us say we wanted to look at the menu. she kept impatiently tapping the counter and telling me if i was ready to order even though i had only been inside for about 2 minutes and told her i was going to take a minute to look at the menu but that just made her more mad. refused to give me my drink and got mad at me when i asked for it and acted like i was lying and forced me to give her my receipt but when the couple behind me went up to order they took way longer than me to order and she immediately gave them their drinks and happily offered to help them pick something from the menu and assist them with any questions and did the same for the people after them too. i feel like she racially discriminated me and i felt so disgusting after leaving. i dont understand why she was so mean and rude to me but super happy and formal with the customers after me. i was a normal paying customer that didn't do anything wrong, i just wanted my drink and food but i guess she decided i didnt...

The Habbit charburgers with cheese are delicious and have great flavor. There's no reason to put a bunch of dressing on the burgers like so many other chains do. This place is right next door to an In N Out burgers, which I found funny. The sad part was that the habit had next to nobody eating there whereas In N Out was busy. I asked the cashier at the habit why this place was so empty, and she replied that the prices are cheaper at In N Out.

I guess with inflation, people are choosing to eat lesser quality of food. Don't take that the wrong way , In N Out is a great place, but the patties have become small and they do put a lot of dressing on the burger and I know you can ask to hold the dressing but in my opinion The Habit burgers have more flavor. I was at the restaurant with my family. My mom ordered the chicken club sandwiches when she finished her first half of the chicken sandwich was fine until she bit into the other half, noticing it was raw. She pointed it out and showing me that the chicken was raw, raw enough that it was pink and had some blood coming out.

I talked to one of the workers showing them the raw parts of the chicken and they told me I needed to have let them know before eating most of it, but my mom didn't notice the raw spots in the chicken until she was half done with it., and they offered to compensate the meal with a milkshake to justify what could have been a far worse situation.
