B & B Donuts — Restaurant in Fullerton

My son wanted a croissant with ham cheese and jalapeños, a pastrami sub and obviously donuts. When I arrived there was this kid prepping a box with donuts and this other lady that, honestly, it looked like she was doing nothing. Before me there was a customer waiting to be helped but neither one of the employees even acknowledge him! We waited so long that the guy that was there before me decided to leave and so did the employees!! They went inside and another 7 minutes passed by while there was no service person at the front, I kept waiting and not until one of the guys that was seated in one of the chairs at the tables inside literally yelled: "service!! You both went hiding inside" (those were exactly his words and actually exactly what they did) so then the lady comes out (at this time there was three of us waiting to be helped) and she started grabbing a small bag and placed 2 donuts inside it, not without "acknowledging" us and saying :"I'll be right with you" , which in reality took her another 6 minutes... when she finally offer her service one of the customers that came after me, had already left. So I requested my burrito donut blueberry flavor and she just plain told me they were out, and when I noticed one left she was like : ok, I'll give to you, then I asked for a jelly donut, to what she goes : " only this left" (there where at least 5) I was like, ok, whatever I'll take it. Then I asked for the croissant to what she hesitated and told me there was only without jalapenos. Ok fine, I understand, i took it; then, when i asked for the pastrami sub she straight out told me she was too busy to make it and had no time for it. While the other kid was still holding the box and trying to look busy accommodating the same donut he had been grabbing since I got there (I am not joking people!, 14 minutes to arrange a box of donuts!!! What's up with that?!!!) At this point there was just me and a gentleman that just got there to pick up his uber eats items. and the lady was looking not happy to help him. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experience at a donut shop. Lousy attitude, unwelcoming, unpleasant and totally disorganized. You can tell they are definitely just regular employees and not the owners, and if they actually are the owners, then this donuts and coffee must be really good, cause with this kind of service I doubt customers leave satisfied. I don't recommend this place. I did not try the donuts, but, my son did and he did not make any comments in regards to the flavors or taste of them; It was just like " whatever, no biggie" Save yourselves the waiting and wasting of your precious time and just go to any smaller donut shop, I bet you'll leave with what you want in a shorter period of time and without a...

This place is the epitome of a "locals" spot! POC owned small business that everyone loves. From the high school teens getting their donut fix after football games to the wholesome seniors who are always there in the mornings enjoying fresh coffee and the day's paper, this spot is one of the places that makes Fullerton. I love their breakfast croissants. They make donuts for all different occasions. (My family and I got custom graduation donuts by the dozens at the best price) And have you seen all the fun ice cream flavors they have??? These people care about their customers and always appreciate their regulars. Whether you are driving through before work for a quick fulfilling breakfast or you are in need of a donut ice cream sandwich after a rough break up, this place has a special place in the hearts of the Fullerton community ❤

To be fair and not 100% bias 😅😂 They can get busy at random spurts throughout the day and sometimes there is a wait if you walk in but it's never anything CRAZY. These people take the time to listen to their customers and make their drinks and sandwiches fresh to order because they care and appreciate...

If I could give them more I would. I've been going here for a couple years now. It's 24hr so it's always there and the donuts are ALWAYS popping out and never get stale. I love their old fashioned and buttermilk. Those donuts are so hard to get right and I every time I'm somewhere else I always ask for those two donuts to test their baker's skills. NOBODY does it like B & B Donuts. The frosting is generous, the dough is always soft and fresh. Never have I got a donut overdone either. They are well none for making fresh croissant sandwiches as well which always slows down the drive through. But I'd rather wait a little longer in the drive through knowing they are working with fresh ingredients.

Finally, it has multiple family members working there and it's so easy to get to know the salespeople there. Always sweet and friendly!
