AVOID AT ALL COSTS- It is really unfortunate that I have to leave such a low review for a local establishment but I would recommend Little Caesar’s over this place to anyone, and that’s saying something.
Many local establishments have been hit hard by the pandemic, and the owner has no issue expressing her frustrations to the patrons. We ordered a pizza for our family of four. When my husband asked for more than three Parmesan packets, the owner became irate and expressed that it was “too expensive” and gave him two Parmesan packets and one red pepper (which we didn’t even ask for). It would be a better idea for this establishment to charge their patrons for additional Parmesan rather than scolding them. They seem to be too cheap to do even that.
Most importantly, the food quality is lacking. The pizza we ordered was mostly crust and we all questioned whether there was even any sauce on our slices. This is the second time I have tried this place and both pizzas were consistently bland. I regret coming here both times. You can find better quality and service at your local Little Caesar’s.
Response to owner: We were more than willing to pay for Parmesan as the pizza was cheap. The issue was that you, the owner, laughed and shook your arms and said “too expensive”. Not only did you not give us the opportunity to buy additional toppings, which we would have, but you handled the situation with a level of unprofessionalism that is undeserving of business.
In response to the quality of pizza, you clearly need to spend more time ensuring your orders are as “quality” as you claim. Both times I visited your location my pizza was subpar at best. The pizza speaks for itself and it is CHEAP in quality and price. If you are unable to provide good pizza and good customer service because you are worried about making up for lost costs from the coupons you send out, perhaps don’t send...
Read moreThis was the worst, terrible service I have ever experienced. Ordered an individual veggie pizza at 6:14PM and the manager/owner who took my order over the phone advised it would be half an hour because they were really busy. Came by the store to pay/pick up the pizza at 6:45, the young girl at the register was incredibly rude, taking phone calls while in the middle of our transaction, did not give me a receipt and said the pizza was not done yet, it'll be another 5-10 minutes and I had to wait outside. Waited until 7 PM, mind you now its been 45 minutes, so I go back in to find out if the pizza was ready, she said no. So I ask about how much longer , she goes to the back to find out and say's to me five more minutes. The entire time giving me an attitude, being really short and rude. I finally come back in at 7:08 and let them know I do not want the pizza, I would be going elsewhere, and would like my money back. She rushes to the back to check how much longer, and I can hear the owner screaming, "tell her it's ready, here take it!" The girl comes out with the pizza hands it to me and say's "here you go it was ready, do you still want your money back?" I said yes, she goes back to get the owner and lets her know. The owner stomps out, doesn't acknowledge me, goes straight to the register, and yells at the rude girl to get the pizza back from me, I hand it to her and the owner throws a slip at me and marches back to the kitchen. I ask the girl what this is or what I am suppose to do with it? She said with an attitude "that's your proof the refund was made ". All this hassle for a small individual pizza! Worst customer service, unprofessional, the pizza is not worth the wait or the price you pay. I would not recommend...
Read moreFirst time here and it was amazing not only was the food great but the staff, cooks, and owner were friendly, warm, and enthusiastic at work. My experience was not just about the food but about the event itself. My child, girlfriend, and myself were eating our appetizers when the 6.9 earthquake occurred on july 5th 2019 and the very first thing the owners and front staff did was try to calm the people waiting in line and the people eating. Some of the people got up ready to run out but the owner focused on them to stay calm and not run because, his words "if you run you can fall and hurt yourself" he was trying to make everyone laugh and when it was over he made sure they remained calmed and collective. He then focused on his staff including the cooks. He talked to us and my kid making him laugh. Then he said he was going to go check on his other employees at other locations. I've worked for other companies that would only care about keeping the work going. The pizza was so good, the onion rings were so crispy and flavorful, the mango habanero wings were just the right amount of spice, the breadsticks were so fluffy, the marinara sauce like no other I think they make it in house, the fries were crunchy and soft inside (yes, soft I dint know how they accomplished it but they were great) and the mozzarella sticks were completely filled with cheese, they were not a knock off, half filled with cheese and air. I and then the desserts oh my goodness. The carrot cake and New York cheese cake,...
