Horrible service. I have never left a review on anything ever, and that’s because in the service industry I am aware of how stressful or annoying it can be. However, I have never had a worse experience at a Starbucks ever in my life, and as a teen, I go to a lot of Starbucks.
(This occurred 8/12 starting from 10:15 pm)The Starbucks closes at 10:30, so i respectably arrived at 10:16, being sure I wasn’t too late because that would understandably be a little annoying. I go to the door and it was locked, so I wave at the three workers inside. They look at me, and blatantly ignore me. I knock three times slowly. Ignored. I knock and knock again, one looks at me, so I show my phone screen through the window to show it is still only 10:18, only to be fully ignored once more. Slightly irritated that I am being ignored, I knock and knock (not too loudly, just enough for them to hear me) before one lady turns around and motions for me to go to the drive through. I walk through it, and stand at the order station for five minutes saying “bro..hello? Anyone?? You told me to come im here. Hello?” For them to finally tell me “we can’t serve you unless you’re in a vehicle”. Understandably, I go to my car and drive through to the order speaker again, give my order kindly enough (being sure to say please and thank you and not cut off their words) and go to the window. I reach and the woman asks me “do you want a straw?” I say yes please. I get the straw, and then she says “here’s your drink” in a very annoyed tone. I reach for it and clearly say “thank you”, and as I said it and the moment the drink was out of her grip, she immediately shuts the window doors in my face while I’m trying to thank her. I was flabbergasted, and tried to drive away. I tapped the gas pedal but didn’t realize my car was still in park, so it made a very slight rev. The woman then umpromptedly opens the windows again and says “What’d you say?!” with an attitude of trying to get in my face as if I’d somehow offended her. I respectfully respond “nothing” since I really hadn’t meant anything and just made a slight driving mistake, to which she shockingly responded “Yeah that’s what I thought!” and slammed the window doors closed. I was in complete shock at how unprofessional, unkind, and discourteous these workers were. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks, and would rather go to any other one. Trust me, it will be worth the drive. I have never left a review, but this rude and disrespectful experience left me no...
Read moreJust left this place and this one lady (didn’t get her name) but was wearing heavy makeup, i believe they were colored contacts, dark hair, was beyond rude since placing an order on the screen. Granted, I may have been asking for my order a bit quick, but she did not have to yell back at me and say “CAN YOU PLEASE SLOW DOWN. ONE THING AT A TIME.” That completely ruined my mood. Immediately I wanted to leave the line but because on how this Starbucks is structured, there was no way of leaving. Again, granted I was speaking a bit too fast (lowkey was finally excited to place my order and get my coffee). She could have said slow down in another way such. Not so harsh. It was disgusting. Coming to the window, again with her nasty attitude gives me the total and hands over the drink. I noticed that there was an error on my drink. I asked for a iced soy green tea latte with whipped cream & ex caramel drizzle (don’t judge me just tastes better). I notified her about this mistake and instead of taking back my drink and or even looking at the damn sticker they print, she barks back saying “Yeah next time, you have to ask ahead of time that you want whipped cream!” To which my partner and I told her back that we did. She looks at the sticker, finally reads it, and notices that she was in the wrong and hands it to the barrista (s/o to the barrista). Did not even apologize and took the next order. I am so disappointed in this location and honestly, the excitement to drink my damn drink was gone. She set me off to the wrong mood that I just had to take the time type out a review. I’m in the hospitality industry as well and completely understand when someone is in the weeds and is completely stressed, but taking out your anger/rage at a paying customer is not the way to do it. So sorry but I am never coming...
Read moreI don’t know what going on with the barista named PAIGE but she probably needs to clock out and go home. She seemed burnt out. I understand dealing with people and their drinks can get stressful but my drink was not properly made when I asked if they can remake the drink they gave the same drink a quick shake and added the whip cream I asked for that they initially forgot to also put. When I told her that they didn’t remake the drink because all the syrup was sitting at the bottom she told me I have a straw and I can do it myself. Usually Starbucks baristas are as nice as chick fil a employees but Paige seemed like McDonald’s employee additive when u ask for sauce :/ I was in shock when she tried to explain that’s how the drink comes but any person who has ordered a shaken espresso knows the drink has to be shaken 🤣 I’ve gotten this drink maybe way to many times to know how it comes .she also told me to leave before I make a scene but at that point it only looked like she was making the scene with all that additude . I honestly did not try to even fight back and truthfully I should’ve told her something but because it late I had a long day and clearly she was having an even longer day.I just took my lose. I did try to call back but this Starbucks location does not answer or maybe because she knows I’ll be complaining. Well whatever it is I hope Paige feels better because my drink...
