The Shift Leader by the name of Wes, was highly rude and disrespectful!!! When my friends and I first got there, we tried putting tables together because there is NO ROOM in that place and all the other tables were taken. So then he told us to move them back because other customers need a place to sit. Granted he was right, but the way he address the situation was unreasonable!! Even after we did what he said with no problems, he came around again and said that we were blocking the aisle way! Then he moved one of my friends bags and without asking. By right I could sue him, due to the fact that he touched my property without permission. This guy, WES, has no freaking respect for his customers, and is letting his Shift Leader position go to his head. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THE FREAKING PLACE, and this is BY FAR the worst treatment I've experienced from any Starbucks ever.
PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO WES: Maybe you should think twice about how you treat your freaking customers. No one likes to be talked at in the manor that you talked to my friends and I. Ā Ā Ā Read moreRude staff, sarcastic, and embarrassed by them.. I visited this place only a hand full of times and each time my experience gets worse and worse. I had made a mobile order and recieved it 5 or so minutes later which wasn't a big deal I had time since I was on a walk with my two dogs. Then I asked for 2 puppacinos for my large breed dogs. He said "we have to charge you for it" which I said oh okay no problem knowing that any other starbucks I have been to has always loved on my dogs and of course never charged. U made a comment saying that's weird that you guys charge for it because I go frequently to other starbucks and never had that happen but I don't mind. Then someone who worked there was like well you pay for there food, the health, and everything else and we need to pay for our products to make our heavy cream. Which I was shocked to hear him say. While waiting for my drink I watched her greet and help about 10 people with the same energy, for each person!! I was a barista for 3 years and have never seen anyone come close to having an all day positive energy.
Sure I've heard legends of such greatness, but who has time to belive in myths. With viruses and working at home all the time. One can only turn to movies like Lord of the Rings, The Matrix, or Beerfest for inspiration. But not anymore!! I'm here to tell you to go to this Starbucks to see with your own eyes!! She's a red head and probably from the east coast.
