Terrible customer service all the way around. My mentally handicapped client accidentally spilled his drink... I offered to clean it, I just needed a rag or a bunch of paper towels. The older woman who was working the register was so super passive aggressive and made my client feel really bad. It took over an hour to calm him down. Who the hell does that to somebody obviously mentally challenged? Also waited over 5 minutes at the counter to ask for a spoon, nobody asked if I needed help or reacted to my attempts to get attention. If you plan to come here past 8pm just don't bother out of the three times I have been once before 8pm around 3pm it was good, anything past that the workers just don't care anymore, don't give sauce, napkins, or even bother to get your order right had to double back twice. The crunch wrap was disgusting cold, no crunch, and not wrapped, how they managed to make a crunchwrap at that standard and have it leaking out of the bag is disgusting. Overpriced trash the owner and workers should be ashamed. Corporate should really look over this...
