Taqueria La Bamba — Restaurant in Fullerton

Lovely little place to get away from everyday cooking food. Great for the price Friday is always packed with familias but it is so worthy the wait, all really mexican food no doubt. I enjoy eating and drinking there and watching soccer games or boxing sports are always on their TV. Everyone there are very courteous. It is a great place to just distress your self. The other side of the coin is, bathroom very clean very good size not small, toilet paper and soap.. they have plenty of. It is small at times it feels very cramped but to have food made by hand is absolutely wonderful and delicious it gives you the real Mexican feel so yes I would go back and I have gone back it's so worth it and if you get their phone number you can order ahead to prepare your food before you get tip make sure you ask for the price and only downside is that i do nothink they deliver I need to ask them if they do. But all in all I like it there going this weekend. To ask if they have a vegan option of their food and I will post it as soon as I can with that...

I really, really liked the chilaquiles from here. I’m very picky when it comes to them, so trust that the flavor is there. They come with carne asada on top, too, which is a great combination. The egg was also cooked perfectly, and the flavor of the beans meshed well.

My only complaints about the place are:

1. they don’t speak English
2. it’s CASH ONLY

Those aside, they’re very kind and those chilaquiles were 😮‍💨 I’ll 100% be back.

Edit: I’m giving less stars because, on top of these things, the woman who works at the front is always drunk and falling all over herself. The place is also very dirty and you can see splattered food on everything at any table...

I can't stand inconsistency. Went here twice . Ordered an asada quesadilla. It was really good . I came back less than a week later ordered 2 this time. The first one came looking just like the last time but this 2nd came not only later but drastically different . Most may be inclined to send food back but I just can't . I packed it up and left. I honestly almost just left it at the table.. The person who took my order and the person who served my plate could see our reaction to plate number 2. Not a peep . Stuff like this kills a place for me instantly. Spend your money...
