Find somewhere else to go! If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered to go from here. Once we got home the food wasn’t warm, was slopped together & had ZERO flavor. We literally took ONE bite & in the trash it went. I called to request a refund for only two of the items out of the four we ordered.

The woman on the phone said that usually the manager requests that the food be brought back and then they’re able to get a refund. She said that her manager will be in, in 30 minutes & took my number so he could call me & discuss the issue.

45 minuets go by & I didn’t receive a call. We called back & spoke with another girl who then tells us it’s magically the managers day off. So we weren’t even gonna receive a call, real nice. She was very rude & dismissive to tell us they called their boss & he said bring the food back to make sure we didn’t eat it. So basically, him supposedly “calling us back” was a complete lie.

We told them we literally threw the food in the garbage because it was so bad & asked what do you want us to do bring our trash in? She said yes. I’ve never heard such a ridiculous request.

NEVER have we dealt with such a rude & unprofessional restaurant. Please please find a much better Mexican restaurant to dine at. Beyond disappointed with how they handled this.

UPDATE: upon looking further, we were overcharged. We ordered through chow now which is offered via google through the restaurant. I looked at their menu prices on their website & they’re MUCH lower than what we were charged.

First meal We paid- $12.30 (& it doesn’t come with any sides) On their website: $9

Second meal We paid- $13.70 On their website- $12.00

Side We paid- $3:15 On their website- $2.25

Last item We paid- $7.50 On their website- $2.60

So we paid $40 for a $26 meal… This is a...

My wife and I were new to town and wanted to try a new Mexican restaurant. The food was ok but nothing to write home about since the cheese in my wifes cheese quesadilla wasn't even melted. What really warrants the score though is that when the bill came, our waitress just came with a mobile card reader and told us how much the bill was, no itemized ticket or breakdown was given. Since it was in line with what I expected, I gave her my card and she ran the payment. She asked if I needed a receipt to which I replied no since I typically leave my copy on the table anyhow. However when she gave me my card back she just walked away and didn't give me anything to sign. I didn't have cash so didn't know how to leave a tip since I couldn't add it to the bill. Nor did she ask if I wanted to put the tip on the card before she ran it. We sat for a couple of minutes because we didn't know what to do but she never paid us any more notice. I hated to do it, but we left without leaving a tip as we had no way to do so. When it finally hit my bank account, I noticed that $5 had been added to my $26.xx total. While this is likely what I would have left, the fact that it was automatically added and that I was never given a chance or choice to do so is what's aggregating. I can't say I'll never be back but it will be a long long time...

Always good food and service!

Edit number 2: Per my wife's suggestion, and lack of other options, we had visited this place again. Well, a few more times to be honest. They have gotten back on track and their food has been much better the last few visits. We have not had any issues and the food is always fast and hot.

Edit number 1: After the owner reply, we have visited two other times. We came here Tuesday afternoon when it wasn't busy. My enchiladas were cold, I was able to put my finger right through the middle and it was room temperature. My wife's fajitas looked like a half portion; she inquired and with no questions asked said they would bring more out and the manager would stop by. Her food was also cold, we think the food was microwaved and replated. The second batch of fajitas took much longer to bring out, but we could definitely tell the food was much fresher and tasted a lot better. Manager never stopped by.

We didn't feel very welcome, and the staff was more interested in getting their closing duties finished instead of making sure we were taken care of. If we arrived right before close I would understand, but we were seated at...

On our trip across the country we have tried many Mexican restaurants, Los Tres Magueyes was one of the best. It was a pleasant surprise to find this gem in Fuquay-Varina. Service was fast and friendly. The food it’s self was fabulous. I ordered the chori-pollo and it was so good, and complete with a house made hot sauce that was packing some definite heat. The atmosphere is a bit bright and tacky but in no way takes away from the experience. I will plan to visit every time that I find myself in this part of the country.

First time eating at this location. It was taco Tuesday so ordered 2 hard and 2 soft tacos. They were discounted but cant remember the price. Somewhere around $2 each. Also had the cheese dip with our chips. Everything was good/average/typical mexican restaurant food. We were one of only 2 or 3 tables seated around 530pm. Service was good. Beer special on Tuesday included Dos Equis drafts for 1.99. Other drafts (domestic) were under 1.50. Overall I like this place and will come back.

Me and a friend of mine both ordered the “Arroz con Carne” today around 5p, i came home expecting to enjoy my food. As soon as i open the lid, there is a 3inch long hair sticking out of the rice. I pulled it out, thinking it was just ONE hair. THE NEXT BITE I TAKE IM CHOKING ON ANOTHER ONE! This is so disgusting, I can’t take another bite of this. What a waste of a $12 meal. If I could give zero stars, I would. (please excuse my spit on the napkin)
