Burger King — Restaurant in Gaffney

I just went to the Gaffney, Burger King, and ordered a triple whopper with just cheese, and then my wife informs me that mayonnaise was on my sandwich. As I am getting to go to work I throw up my whole meal. I spent 53.96 just to get four burgers one with mayo and just lettuce and one with no tomato, one regular and one just cheese. I am allergic to mayonnaise, and immediately vomit. Before we had received our food we were asked to pull around and we waited almost 10 to 20 minute.s I drove around the store to wait for my food to be wrong and with a staff of 3 or 4 people to cook my food wrong ad cause me to get sick. Not only that but have to stand and wait for someone to come to the door in the rain. I had called prior to coming up there and they asked me to drive to the drive thru. Spoke with Devon or Devin Garcia who requested a photo of a burger who my wife scraped the mayo and cheese put on my burger and consumed, and he stated the cook did not put mayonnaise on the triple whopper and stated he cooked it and checked. I would like for the Burger King company to check the camera footage and as well a refund for spending 53 dollars and some change. If not I will definitely be reaching out to my lawyer for food poisoning. I know there are cameras to see how the food was made, and I wouldn’t lie about my food. DO NOT EAT AT BURGER KING IN GAFFNEY, SC. THE FOOD & SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I give this Burger King in Gaffney, SC 0 (ZERO) stars. I was so excited to try the new Taco that was advertised as having a light & crispy shell. That is not what I got. First of all I asked the lady who took my order what all came in the taco and she specifically told me shredded cheese but when I got my taco it had sliced cheese. The taco had a slice of American single slice cheese in it. Everyone who eats tacos knows that you do not put sliced cheese in a taco. Secondly, the bottom part of the taco was soo soggy like it had been made for awhile. Let me at this point tell you that I stood waiting on my food for 10 minutes. Thirdly, and the most WORST part of my taco was the top half of the shell. It was like biting rocks. I'm dead serious. When I took a bite of the top part of the taco it was soo hard that I actually couldn't bite it with my front teeth as you normally do a taco. I actually had to bite it with my jaw teeth because the shell was rock hard. I couldn't even eat the taco. Like I said it was like I was trying to bite & chew rocks. By this time I had already left & got home so I threw it away because it would have costed me more than a dollar to drive back to return it. I am leaving this very poor review here & on Yelp & I am calling them to complain. So my warning is DO NOT EAT AT BURGER KING IN GAFFNEY, SC. THE FOOD & SERVICE...

Normally excellent customer service... but yesterday we were the only ones in the drive thru and one very rude older woman not only took her time to pretend we were not still at the window to ask a very quick question about our order, but she very sharply told us first and foremost that they were on a timer, and failed to help us other than blaming the question we had with our order on someone else's previous mistake.

We normally love the friendly service and hot food, use the mobile app in the drive thru and are part of the royalty program. Still it's difficult to ignore this lady's blatant rudeness and her choice to put her "timer" before the customer. If time was such a concern, you'd think she would have wasted no time coming to the window and addressing our issue the moment she noticed us, rather than just staring at us for several moments followed by coming over and reprimanding us for having a genuine concern with our order.

BK is great. They could do better with whoever this was. She does not seem to like her job and needs to find another profession in...
