So I don't typically report issues, but I've had multiple problems with the Gaffney location. There isn't even a point of this location having rapid pickup as an option during lunchtime. The orders are either not finished or they get piled up behind their counter and no one puts them out to be picked up. I always use online ordering because I'm typically in a hurry on my lunch break, and I always order early. I ordered my food today at 11:40am with a pickup time at 12:00pm. I got there at 12:05 and it wasn't out on the rack. There were 5 or 6 orders on the back counter. I had to stand in a line of 8 other people just so I could ask for my sub off of the back counter. The girl gives me bag and the bottom is soaked through with pickle juice. I get back to work with my sandwich and the extra ingredients I wanted added weren't even on the sub, and I didn't have time to go back and stand in line again for it to be fixed. I understand lunchtime is busy, but with me ordering on the app way ahead of time, it shouldn't be this difficult to get my order. If I could add a photo, I would. Because it clearly states on my receipt what I wanted on the sub and the time...

I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch medium sub and it was disappointing. For over $10, there really needs to be more meat. Just a few shavings of turkey meat, one very meager strip of bacon, and a lot of cheese, lettuce and bread. Specifically it came covered in a runny cheese sauce. Perhaps to hide the very small amount of meat? Either way, the runny cheese sauce detracted from the sandwich rather than adding to it.
