On 8/18/2023 at around 2:30 in the afternoon, I entered the restaurant to pick up a Door Dash order. After standing at the desk for several minutes. I noticed through the curtain, two employees in the food prep area, with one employee playing in the other employees hair (appeared to be flirting). After not being acknowledged, I touched the curtain and stated that I was there to pick up an order. Then the employee whose hair was being played in , walked out from behind the curtain and walked pass without acknowledging that I was waiting to pick up an order. I asked him if anyone was working the front and he responded with a very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude and stated that I should not have touched the curtain. I explained that I was merely trying to get someone’s attention and noticed them playing around with each other in a flirtatious way. His attitude intensified and he became even more disrespectful. The female employee (who was playing in the male’s hair) came back around the corner with food (not bagged) and I had to ask if that was the order I was waiting on and she confirmed and bagged the food. I asked to speak with a manager and both parties stated they were managers and then the most disrespectful one (whose hair was being played in) states that he was the BIG manager and he was the one in charge. He identified himself as Damien but refused to give his last name. The other employee that was playing in Damien’s hair then took the container of food back around the corner and bagged it. Damien stared at me the entire time, as if to intimidate me. I've never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior! To learn that these were members of management...

The food was very good ! Noodles were very flavorful. Sushi was amazing and the jalapeño poppers were very good ! Came for a dinner party. Waitress Bella was very attentive to the large party we had. She went above and beyond for her guest. Even accommodated guest that arrived late. I give her a 5. The host at arrival attitude is nasty . I believe her name was Megan or Molly not sure. She is very rude in how she handled our large party. It was our first time at the restaurant and we were unaware how of sitting the party went. I learned you can’t be seated until the entire party arrived, however we made them aware some were elder adults and take a while for them the get there. She rudely let it be known that we could not sit until their arrival she stated “she don’t want her waitress running back and forth”. Well she’s going to be back and forth regardless with such a large party and other tables she has to attend to. Or we could sit and they not be able to join the party. We were there to celebrate a birthday. I felt due to the situation we should have been sat in an area that would accommodate our party size (16) and they could be seated with us if that was the case. However 3 of our family members were not able to sit with us which spoiled the overall experience. Bella made up for it by finding a chair for our 70’year old grand mother to sit once she arrived. We had an impromptu family dinner, party of 7. Thankfully we were immediately sat in regular dining upon arrival. We ordered and asked for more silverware as we only had 2 forks for 7 people. The appetizer was delivered. We asked for small plates. We never received the plates nor the silverware. It was very difficult sharing appetizers among 7 people with only 1 plate and 2 forks. I ordered hibachi chicken with fried rice, no egg. A female, not our waiter, delivered our food. She tried to give me chicken fried rice with no egg. This is what she called the dish. A few minutes later our waiter tried to give me the same plate of incorrect food. He said this is your food. I kindly said I would look at it again. It was chicken fried rice. I told him that this was not what I ordered because it had no vegetables. He interrupted me saying he could get me veggies. I told him that the chicken and rice were mixed and that is not what I wanted. It had very little chicken and an enormous amount of rice. We had to ask for silverware again. 20 minutes later my food arrived correctly. Another member of our party order her food without any vegetables at all. Her rice came with vegetables. Our waiter didn't seem happy that her food had to remade. A lady came to to table and asked if she would like her food to go. Several of our party members frequently ran out of beverages.
