Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gaines Charter Township

Oh my gosh, where do I even begin. From the moment I walked in the young man that was working was so attentive and helpful, offered me plates, napkins, or Parmesan, and then greeted me off. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with garlic Parmesan crust. It was a 10 out of 10. Nice hot and fresh. I also ordered the spinach feta cheesy bread. I swear it was so fresh even when I had to drive 10 minutes to get home. The only thing I didn’t really like was the bacon and cheese tots, but it’s not because of how they were cooked. It’s just me. SIGH. I had high hopes that this new location would be more efficient and accurate than the other one on Breton. First interaction was ok/good. Second interaction, I was told pizza would be ready for pickup at X time. I show up another 5+ minutes past that and they haven’t even started on my order. Then I’m told I can sit in my car and track the progress of my order through the app, except that I enter my phone number in the app and learn that no order is found. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered inside the store and after I paid for my pizza, I was told it would take more than an hour because the employee claimed she was “by herself.” In reality, there were at least six other staff in the store. When I questioned this, she got loud with me, which was completely uncalled for. Very poor customer service — I will never return to this location. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
