I've been patronizing Chipotle establishments in West Michigan for over a decade...this location is, hands down, the best of the bunch. A superlative dining experience, time and time again.

The staff are grizzled, battle-hardened quick service veterans, yet the way in which they caress and orchestrate their serving spoons is beauty in motion. The portions are generous, the small talk shakes me to my core, and the rice is very ricey. Every time I step in the door, I brace myself - for to enter this Chipotle is to throw all inhibitions to the wind and embrace the mystery of the prepackaged tortilla, weird creases alongside the edges and all.

I'd like to give a special shoutout to the GM; during tonight's visit, I was wowed not only by their eloquence and geniality, but by the deep harmony they seemed to foster among their staff. All seemed to flourish under their benevolent gaze. It was beautiful to behold.

If possible, I would encourage you to also pay a visit tonight to try their new smoked brisket special (prepared by the selfsame GM). I assure you that, regardless of the route you're taking to enlightenment - the eightfold path, the way of the Tao, church Sundays, or hero doses - this brisket will get you there much, much quicker.

All local locations are pretty great when it comes to quality of product but this location has been top of the line when it comes to freshness, expertise, and customer service. I have never been in the store longer than 5 minutes even when there is a line out the door. The craftsmanship of the burritos shows as other locations tend to double wrap or re-wrap the buttitos but I have only seen one-and-done employees at this store. Employee interaction is above satisfactory as well as all staff members seem to enjoy what they do and send every customer off with a smile. The store is always clean including all the tables and chairs. A+++ all around. Keep up the good work staff. I will be seeing you soon.

(1/2/2022) Just ordered a DoorDash delivery and I could not have been more impressed with the service all around. The whole order was correct and the queso was still HOT upon delivery...and BTW, the delivery was remarkably fast and the driver was polite and courteous. Great service from this location every time and with this weather the driver still showed up faster than you would think is...

Ordered items for multiple members of our family, including a salad, for pick up. Arrived to find out the order wasn't ready. After a lengthy wait, I was told they were completely out of lettuce. I asked for my money back and was told they cannot give me a refund as I ordered online and online orders are not refundable. After calmly speaking with the manager, it was determined that there was"nothing they could do about it" so I decided to take my "salad" without the lettuce. Finally, at 8:50 PM, I walked out with my order that was promised at 7:40 PM. Are you kidding me?! As an added bonus, there were errors in our order, and one of the lids was not attached to a burrito bowl inside the to go bag. I feel so sorry for the people who were working at this restaurant! Every person who ordered a salad was being told the same thing. Also, it was still possible to order salads and lettuce on other entrées after I left the restaurant! Fix this...
