Burger King — Restaurant in Gainesville

We went through the drive thru. We were given our drinks one had drink running all down it. I ask for a few extra napkins. The lady gave me 3. The drink continued to come out of the top of the cup and down the sides. I was trying to clean it up. I asked again for more napkins the lady walked away. There was another lady working around behind the shield. We had a disabled young man in the back of the car and that messy drink just happened to be his. I asked 3 times for napkins and said excuse me..... Several times, trying to get their attention. The lady that finally answered me assured me after I started to show my frustration that there was no need to be speaking louder. After asking several times it became frustrating. Knowing the drink shouldn't have even been handed out the window in that condition didn't help the situation. I was finally handed enough to clean it up. When the food was handed to us I ask if the sauce was in the bag. I was still messing with the drink. It also happened to be in my sister's new car. We ended up having to go in and get the sauce. When I went in and ask for the sauce I stated that they needed to do better. The girl at the front cashier expressed her thoughts and several others were like omg. I wasn't rude. I was honest. I don't understand why some of the younger people working are so rude to people. She saw the...

So, lets get into this. 3 Stars?? Yes, 3 Stars. I would have done 2 stars but! There are some great women who work at this location and that is why I did 3 and not 2. Lets talk about the guys. Every time I come through the drive thru, the guys who answer are very rude. As if us coming to their QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) is bothering them or its an inconvenience to them. This is consistent with most of the men I have come in contact with here. Always forgetting sauces when asked for at the menu board before getting to the window. When getting to the window each gentlemen's hands are always like covered in some type of grease or oil. The point is, they do not look like they are washing their hands and its disgusting. I don't want anyone touching my food or my money to hand it to me if their hands are gross.

The women here are the complete opposite, always seem to actually care about the customer and never miss the mark.

Now the food. When you go from Burger King to Burger King and location to location, most everyone expects constancy with the food. This location does a great job with the food.

I love Burger King and I love to come here on my lunch break throughout the week, because it is the closest one to me. But I will gladly go somewhere else and recommend other places to...

If I could give NEGATIVE stars or half stars I would. This is the LAST restaurant I will try and ever give business to again. Ever since COVID-19 ypu workers think you're entitled, why??? You can't do your JOB. First off people rushing you at the speaker. Let me order and when I ask about my order beung correct they are missing stuff. I said something at window speaker and also at window with workers. They want to argue. I don't ARGUE, I jusr report. I'm paying you. So I said FORGET it. Learn to be patient and that you're in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't like your JOB go get another because I didn't tell you to work here. And people wonder why they work in low paying jobs??? I mean you don't have the skills, tools, or the attitude to work in higher paying Jobs. Don't go here if you want polite service. I needed was a hamburger, a cheeseburger, and a fry. The hamburger was for me since I'm a diabetic. And have to rat after every insulin shot. But you know what I rather starve then come here. I'm sure kids could do better.
