How can I explain my experience in the nicest way possible? Nah, I can’t, the staff are the rudest people you will ever come across. I don’t think people are suppose to ask “what do you want?” When you are trying to order. I told them I was going to make a big order. I asked for a number 1, then the lady said second window. So I told her “I’m not done I said I have a big order” all she said was “what else!?” With an ugly attitude. As I was trying to continue with my order she interrupts me and says “just come to the second window.” I get there and she said “number 1” when she knew I had more than just the whopper. I tried to tell her and her coworker starts to laugh. They start being rude asking “wha Chu Knee?” So I asked why she was being rude. She yells at me saying “I’m not being rude!” So I told her I wasn’t going to waste my time, and told her bye 👋🏼. They are uneducated, unprofessional, and need to be looked after. Who ever is hiring these people need to be fired theirselves because they’re “hooking” people up with these jobs that don’t deserve them. I went through drive thru this morning Dec 2 and order a triple sausage egg and cheese croissant and a large coffee with 6 creams and sugars . When I got to the window to pay I added a large sweet tea. I payed almost $9.00 for this. When I got to long street clinic and open the bag there was a single sausage and cheese croissant and cream and sugar for my coffee. I immediately started looking for a reciept to return it. There were no reciept in the bag and the lady never offer me one. I took it she stuck it in the bag. This is the second time from 2 different places I have had this problem in less then 2 days. Went through the drive-thru to order 4 bacon egg and cheese croissan'wich. When I got home and looked at all of the sandwiches the bacon was burnt black or close to Black nothing like the ad pictures. The French toast sticks we're broken and Soggy. When I showed the manager on duty the sandwiches his reply was "what's wrong with them do you want them like this?" (Referring to the 1 sandwich that almost looked edible.) I responded "well I didn't want them burnt order near burnt dark brown as you can see the color of them." He did offer to remake the sandwiches but I told him I did not want any.
