I paid to have a alarm with remote start install on my car. I brought my own alarm after they told me what type to use it was a viper. I dropped my car off mid day and was told it would be done in one day. The next day I was finally given my car back after closing hours because I could not wait any longer the only thing that was installed was the alarm. first they said k had to get another key made because one of them wasn't programmed. I I paid $50 and had the key made and took it back.can after having it a few days during which it kept going off showing the Hood was open when it wasn't. I told the guy once I dropped it off again he said they didn't install the Hood oin which is why it was going off. That was a lie because I opened the Hood when I was at home and saw the pin installed but I left it. Then after more time they told me I had to get a another bypass mod for the remote start because the one I brought didn't work. So I ordered a new one not to mention I paid for extra time to program the old one and I was told I would have to pay to have the new one put on. Well the new one came and since all of the wiring was hooked up I decided to install my self but I wanted to use the old one to make sure I had the right wires as you can only program them once. Well well I hook the old one up and program it following the instructions and my car started right up no issues. So now I'm pissed after paying close to $500 for the install which they half did. When I got the car back I opened the Hood to see they relocated the Hood pin you can clearly see the multiple holes drilled for it. I kept getting lied to and this pisses me off they took me for my money and left my steering column hold together with zip ties. It was falling off the first time I got it back so I mentioned it to them and this was their solution. I will not shop here or have them service my car again. This was a waste of money and 2-3 days of my time. They only get two stars because the alarm works although I can open one of my doors when it is armed and it will not go off but I will not take it back to them for service. So Chris if you read this I am very livid and disappointed by the way in which this has been handled, that I have been lied to and cheated out of my money and...
Read moreThe radio in my 2013 GMC Acadia wasn’t up to the job of staying connected to my phone. I went to Sound Depot because I had been there before to get tint placed on my cars and they were awesome.
I went to look at in dash DVD players during my lunch time. When I came in they were discussing Pizza economics. Danny was eating his lunch. He was more than happy to stop eating his 20$ slice of pizza to help me go over some options. :) Thanks man! We discussed several units. After discussing the differences he let me play with the demo units so I could get a feel for the units and how they worked. I was able to connect my phone and see exactly how each unit stacked up. (You can’t do that anywhere in town! Trust me I tried) I thanked him for his time and told him I would need to discuss with the wife.
I talked with my wife and she agreed as long as we did an overhead dvd player (We had just taken a long road trip and the kids drove us NUTS!). It was Saturday, I immediately called the store and talked with Danny again. At which time he gave me prices and model numbers so I could review them online. I think I spent all day Sunday comparing radios and dvd players.
That Monday, I went back to the store to touch and play with the the overhead unit I had chosen over the weekend. Danny was off but Chris was there and more than willing to help out. We looked at the different models. After debating in my head, I chose which the model I wanted and set up an appointment to get everything installed.
Let me tell you, these guys are amazing! The install looks flawless! I love the radio and the sound it puts out. It is so much better than stock! MY KIDS LOVE THE DVD PLAYER AND ARE QUIET DURING ROAD TRIPS NOW! I couldn’t ask for more.
Thank you to Danny, Chris, Omar and the entire team at Sound Depot! You guys...
Read moreIt’s unfortunate that I am forced to leave this review for a locally owned business. I have given the owner, Omar, a chance to correct the problem with no success. I brought in a 2025 Tesla Model 3 Performance to have ceramic tints installed. Upon leaving with my vehicle, I noticed many imperfections with the install. Dog hair was seen between the windshield and tint. Upon further inspection, the tint edges weren’t even tucked away properly. Equally important was that the tech, Kurt, left my car filthy and I’m sure there was a dog inside of my car at some point during the install since dog hair was observed in the tint throughout the car. Upon addressing the issue with the owner, he insisted that the tech, Kurt, was one of his top installers and assured me the problem would be corrected. I brought my vehicle back in a second time to have the issues resolved and the car was returned in worse condition than it was. Molding was not properly installed back in places it was removed and dog hair was still again observed between the tints and windows. I paid close to $1,500 and I kindly asked the owner to refund me $199 for the windshield install but he refused despite seeing pictures of the horrible install that was done on not one but two occasions. Please carefully consider going to a reputable tint installer when looking for quality work. I will kindly revise my review if I am contacted by the owner with a partial refund for the horrible quality of work that was done. I am now forced to find another tint company to remove the tint in various areas of the car and...
