My girlfriend goes here all the time and always gets the wrong order (decaf instead of caf, skim milk instead of soy milk, etc.). She has trouble standing up for herself and always feels too intimidated by the staff to ask for what she actually ordered (she goes because it's cheap coffee). The few times she has extremely politely asked for her correct order, the staff were rude, rolling their eyes, mumbling, sighing and huffing in complaint, and glaring nastily. I'm leaving a review because she is scared of conflict. I'm proud of her for asking for her correct order today (they gave her decaf instead of caf). The lady was extremely rude to her in the same ways as described above and used skim milk instead of soy milk. This is particularly bad because my girlfriend tries to avoid dairy as much as possible, wanting to eventually be vegan. My girlfriend was too scared to ask for her correct order. At least she got caf this time.
Are the employees incompetent, uncaring, or a mixture of both? I don't know, but she has been getting the wrong order about 80% of the time for about a month (previously, she got the right order about half the time--which still reflects terribly on the ability of Dunkin' Donuts to serve its customers, however).
The only positive about this establishment is the cheap prices, but, personally, I don't see that as a positive when you rarely get what...
Read moreQuite possibly the most painfully slow Dunkin Donuts ever. The lines are through the doors and out onto the street. I type this at the menu while I wait for the drive thru person to come back and take my order. Still waiting. I will continue to type as I wait. I know my order. It is not difficult. This excursion will take 45 minutes. McDonalds. That is where we should have gone. I fully expect the donuts to be mashed into cups and the liquid coffee to be in bags. Sloshing around. She is back finally. I ordered. Now is the waiting game to pay. I have a debit card. I fear this form of payment will crash their system. Please send help. Silver car. Pregnant woman in car with me. Not sure how much longer we can make it. 10 minutes later. Still no movement. I have started a new religious cult. We will take the building over and start a new way of life.
Update:
20 minutes after order we are at window. They dont know our order. 2 donuts. 2 coffees. 1 wake up wrap. Theres no one in line inside anymore. Theres 4...
Read moreWorst dunkin donuts not only in Gainesville, but worst i've ever been to. The staff is lazy and very rude. They mess up my order all the time and are not very polite when I ask them to fix it. They seem like they hate their jobs when it comes to the actual work part. It says they're open at 6am but when I go in at 7am they are running around trying to get things done still and in no rush to help me because they need to get open. The line is always long because the dunkin down the road in midtown is closed and everyone flocks to this one and the employees move with no urgency to get orders to people. I no lie drink coffee from dunkin 6 days a week. I love the one on archer rd and the one that was located in midtown. I can't wait for it to open back up! Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service can't say anything positive...
