You might think you’ve tried birria tacos or birria quesadillas, but you HAVEN’T until you’ve visited this place!! The put so much flavor into everything! The broth/consomé is absolutely DELICIOUS! It’s doesn’t just “taste like meat” the way other birria broths do. It’s SAVORY and SLIGHTY SPICY in the best way. Make sure to also try the birria RAMEN when you visit.

They can EVEN make a VEGETARIAN birria quesadilla —without the meat—but still with so much flavor. ♥️

This is a family-owned restaurant, and all the employees/family members are sweet and easy to talk to. They’ve worked very hard to get this place open, and it SHOWS. It’s obvious how much they appreciate their customers.

The place is very CLEAN and they have fun activities to do like a small Photo Booth for pictures and Karaoke in the evening time. I will definitely be back for more every chance I get.

I only wish they had the calories for everything on the menu, so I can properly fit the food into my calorie budget. 😊

Hands down the best birria in North Georgia. You can taste the authenticity in every bite — rich, bold, and layered with flavor. It’s rare to find this level of freshness anywhere. The owner took the time to walk us through their process: they pre-order specific cuts directly from their butcher to ensure quality, then slow-cook everything with intention. Most birria and consomé lack flavor BUT this placed nailed it! The consomé is slightly spicy and full of great flavor. The birria tacos were crispy yet slightly soft. I added cilantro, onions and green salsa to my tacos. Once I dipped the first taco in the consomé…BAM! Mouth full of flavor. What made the experience even better were the owners. They were kind, attentive and even filled me in on their journey to their first restaurant. So glad I came and hope more locals stop by to help support this small...
