Great coffee. Great people. Very slow process. This shop is not set up for any kind of rush.

Edit here for owner or manager. To add to my initial comment: the speed of the drink making isn't the issue. The issue is the register has too many jobs. 15+ people in line and the register was taking 1+ minute per customer because she had to prep the drinks, restock, and make the food and then deliver it. Drinks for the previous customer was done before the customer at the register order was finished. I don't mind waiting for my drink or food. Waiting in line is sub optimal for customer experience. When you can order quickly, you can then settle in and relax and read or chat with your friend. I will not stop coming to your shop because the coffee is really good and the people have always been great. It is just a process issue. I would rather sit on my ass and wait vs. stand in...

Their coffees and teas are better than Starbucks. They have these bacon/sausage, egg, and cheese croissant things that are absolutely delicious. Their service is always stellar with smiles on everyone's faces. I would have given 5 stars but their bagels need some work. The cheese bagels almost taste plain, the French toast bagels need more cinnamon, and their everything bagels need a lot less garlic. If those were fixed it would definitely be a 5 star experience.
