I'm revisiting my review only to add that the effect of the beautiful flowers is hurt by the attached promotional material for the florist. Can you imagine receiving sympathy flowers for a death in the family and a paragraph of jolly "use us for all your floral needs" is on the sympathy card as a part of the message? It is poor taste at best and could easily be called offensive I spoke to the shop and they didn't see anything wrong with advertising on a sympathy card. Now back to my first review from four years ago. They do have consistently the most beautiful arrangements. . . . . . . . Best Florist Ever!!!! Received two arrangements from this florist for my 60th and even my husband remarked that he had never seen such high quality beautiful arrangements. Not only that, the delivery woman practically saved my life by honking her horn until my husband came up from the dock. I was stranded out on the lake with no gas and a locked phone that could only receive calls. She called about my delivery and I said please get my husband and tell him I'm stranded on the lake. I ordered a living plant for someone special in my life. The florist said it would have four colors of flowers in it. They made it 90% a green plant, with just a few tiny flowers! I wanted It to be much more colorful!! It looked absolutely nothing like the baskets on their website! Those baskets makes you think you'll get something similar! 😡 On top of that, they didn't even sign my name on the card sent with it!! Unbelievable!! 😩 Then they said I told them to take it to a side door, which is totally untrue! I never said anything like that at all! Gosh, their isn't even a side door on the house!! I'm very unhappy with the basket, the delivery, and with them not even signing the card so the person receiving the flowers would know who sent them! Recieved 60th birthday flowers. I know my husband ordered the premium because I was sitting with him. What we got is the standard arrangement. Beautiful flowers but online the pictures show 3 lillies in the standard, 4 lillies in the deluxe and probably more in the premium along with a lot more flowers. This is definitely not what we were expecting. Next time we'll go to publix and get 4 of the large bunches PLUS dinner for what we paid for these. UPDATE: Not only was the arrangement not what we paid for but quite a few of the flowers they gave us, died quickly because they were too short to reach past the leafy green filler stems to the flora foam and water. And yes I watered the arrangement to overflowing and spilled some of the extra before setting it back on my table. I'd call this florist but I know I won't get any satisfaction....
