This is not about the ice cream itself but the environment and the staff. The staff is run by teenage girls who give very bad service and although the icecream is great (even though prices are high), it ia not a place to stay and enjoy dining in. The music that they play is not for children! It is very explicit and inappropriate. I would underatand. If it was any other music and if it was a low sound it would be fine. Every place has music in the background but this was very loud and the song lyrics are talking about sexual thing and "bed moving" and "I'm gonna give it to them all". "I'm gonna f* like this" ect. English speakers wouldn't understand the words but Spanish speakers would! And this place selling ice cream and treats that kids are attracted to should not be playing songs like that. We even asked one of the teenagers to change the muaic or lower it and she lowered it .And a few seconds later the other teenager raised the volume again. Looking straight at me. By that time our group of 11 people ( 7 of them being kids )already ordered and paid or we would have left right then. Take consideration in the young kids. Extremely bad service. The workers were in the back hiding and not attentive towards the customers when they would come in. In order for me to grab their attention I had to project out loud “if there is anyone here?” And they finally attended me, but they were refusing to provide me with what I was specifically ordering, and instead they gave me what they wanted. It was a terrible customer service! I went to the one in pearl nix pkwy last night and asked for a BANANNA split and the guy wanted to give me it without the BANANNA because he was to lazy to go get a knife from the kitchen.
