Target — Local services in Gainesville

I bought something in the store and realized it was damaged once I got home. It was broken in several pieces. I called and told them that I live 45 mins away, and if they could hold it for me until I got up there to swap them out. The manager I spoke to apparently pulled the wrong item, and then made me pay for it. Not one person there understood anything I said and I wasted so much time and money going back and forth with them. Communication between employees was not there either. Because I called on my way up there the second time and they told me I didn’t need to bring the broken item, so I threw it out. I visited this target today Saturday September 21, 2019. I have a 1 month old who I exclusively breastfeed. While I was there my little one became upset and I knew she needed to eat. I asked a store associate where i could take her to feed her and was told to go to the bathroom. Seriously? Would you eat in a stall while someone is relieving themselves in the stall next to you? I understand if there were no other options but I am sure the dressing room would have been a better suggestion. They recently did some much needed face lifting and resets in this Target. It made it better, for sure. The employees have never been much help the plenty of times I've come here over the years. You don't ever seem to find them when you need them and if you have questions, you're pretty much out of luck unless you head up to the front. What's the point in having check out stands elsewhere in the store, such as electronics, if they're never going to be used?
