I ordered from this store reluctantly after they got lost the last 2 times and took a while to deliver. So this time I tell them what neighborhood it is in to help them figure it out and tell them to tell the driver because they have had problems on last deliveries. They tell me 35 minutes. The driver calls lost and is not even close to the right part of gainesville somehow. I call again after it has been almost an hour and he says he is taking so long because there was a crash. I call the manager and he says just let me know if the pizza is cold after you get it. The driver calls again and it has been an hour and 15 minutes and says is that neighborhood towards the university or away from it? At that point I have kids way past hungry and told him nevermind I don't want it. I then called the MANAGER WHO DID NOTHING FOR ME. He just said I will not charge your card. WOW THANKS. Now I have to try to find something to make for me and my kids after waiting for well over an hour. The delivery kid was back at the store within a minute of my last conversation with him which means he was still not close to my house. What a joke. We just moved to this side of town and at our old house Dominos was the worst service but it seems to be...
Read moreMy appeal is addressed primarily to the company as well as to its customers.
I'm pretty strictly control the quality of my nutrition, so I cannot afford to rely on cafes and restaurants, which I just can see on the street. In this regard, I very carefully select the food retail chains and food companies, and most importantly, I trust them. Papa John's was my choice. Papa John's was a guarantee of the trust that it deserved for years. However, my trust was betrayed. Today I bought a pizza at the address: 3605 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608, USA. I ordered 16-inch veggie pizza without any animal products. Only the dough, vegetables, mushrooms and pizza sauce. There was a heavy rain, so I asked for delivery. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the box and saw on one of the slices of pizza a large piece of white meat. The matter isn't that I am vegan. Also, it isn’t a matter of money. No, it's a matter of respect. It's a matter of attitude to the client and his confidence in the company.
I feel deeply affronted and humiliated. I hope that your customers will not experience these feelings and will not associate them with...
Read moreI have been going to this Papa John's since it opened a long time ago... The pizza is usually good sometimes it's overcooked but usually it's okay. I was extremely disappointed to go in there recently to see that the dough was half as thick as it usually is which Papa John's is known for thick dough and they drowned it in too much sauce and it actually looked more like a pizza hut Pizza which pizza hut is absolutely disgusting... I'm an Italian American who has family in Italy with Italian pizzerias so I'm an expert on pizza. Papa John's was one of the only restaurants in America that had a decent Pizza. But I guess those days are gone with their negative PR and now them skimping on ingredients and changing the recipes, they're going to go out of business very soon , I will never come back to this...
