One of the associates, Gabriella, is AMAZING! I drive to this store to place my online orders if they don't have it available for me to pick up that day just so the store gets credit because this individual is amazing.

They have this great program to protect your shoes and you pay $8.99 to spray and protect your shoes and you can get it done every 3 months. There was an issue with the machine and they were great they replaced my shoes because they had gotten soiled and said when they come in to get them taken care of. The Manager on the other hand is the most disrespectful rude passive aggressive individual I have ever had the displeasure of having to have an interaction with at this store. I called corporate but was told that nothing would happen since she is most likely the manager of the store. She told me I had to have my receipt for something that she was able to look up on my account. She was rude and when I said goodbye would not acknowledge me in any manner. If her employees had done this they would have been fired. I have been in the store several times and she is always Moody does not look professional in her grooming or her attire and has a poor attitude and will rarely say hello. Very disappointed the past couple of times that I visited this location. I do spend dollars here but I’m thinking about putting that to a halt. On tonight I walked in, there were shoes that caught eye at the door so I was stationed there for a brief moment…having said that, I know that the employee(s) saw me but no one welcomed me, this would’ve been ok had they not paused their conversation to greet the Caucasian woman as soon as she opened the door. I came into the store tonight. A lady was at the front didn't look my way or say hello. I walked to the boot isle. A lady had a cart working and moved out the isle but did not speak or ask if I needed help. Another worker walked past while I struggled to get the shoes out of the box while holding my baby. So I'm ordering my shoes from somewhere else. It's ashame how I was ignored tonight by three workers. I'm disappointed in my experience. They have nice shoes, but the customer service...
