Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Gainesville

I have been to this NEW popeyes 6 times, ordered my long time favorite Cajun rice for my side which IS on the menu and have been given random sides instead with no explanation not to mention the food being cold half the time. I gave it enough chances though and today is my last time as the people here have no knowledge of their items apparently and when I informed them of the issue Ive been having I was basically blown off and looked at like I'm stupid for complaining. Oh and I was advised that the Cajun rice was supposedly removed from all stores 2 YEARS ago and yet the menu is not correct. This store is a joke and so are half the people working here, very rarely did it feel friendly!! Extremely disappointed with this BRAND NEW store and I will never go back or recommend this location to anyone. I don't give it long before it's shut down just like all the other fast food places that operated similarly here...

I ordered $90 worth of food. I was missing food items. When I went inside and spoke with Camelo (CSM) he said " I do apolo" I said "I'd like to get the items I was missing". I told him what was missing he continued to over talk me and say "es tu stupido, no way you miss that" I continued to show him I was missing items. I SAID "Either give me my money back for the missing items or correct your mistake. DONT CALL ME STUPID" He got me my missing items and told me "get out". I will NOT be back. This manager was beyond disrespectful and no one deserves to be talked to that way. When I got home my chicken was raw, not cooked all the way. I will be contacting corporate. After the first unpleasant visit decided to give them another try. Well that was a big mistake, it was worse than the first. Order consisted of 3 tenders, beans & rice. Since I wanted gravy and it’s considered an extra side I had to pay $3.00 for it, when I got it there wasn’t much in the container so I ask for more, the counter person was going to get more but the manager stopped them and said they only get 3 ladles full, I ask if the ladle was teaspoon size because there was barely any gravy in the container.
