State Theater — Attraction in Gainesville

The State Theater and Backstage cafe worked out so perfectly for our memorial service, and Susie was wonderful to work and plan with and was extremely accommodating at every step! Our experience there left no room for a single complaint and I received several comments from friends and family that it was the PERFECT place for our gathering. I came to the State Theater from a different aspect…I worked (video) for an artist that performed there. And folks let me tell you that I’ve yet, in my years of experience, come across a nicer group of folks. These people that run it were so accommodating, kind-hearted and genuine. At the State Theater, you don’t feel like just a customer, but more like a warmly-welcomed guest. It was an experience with soul that I will treasure.
