I don't usually complain, but I found this so odd I needed to leave a review. They don't sell Taro Milk Tea.... They sell Taro Milk (just milk with taro mixed in) and they sell green tea. I asked if they could just put Taro in the Green Tea Milk Tea and they said no. Also no green tea in the taro milk.I don't get not having a classic tea shop item on the menu, but I really think its bad customer service to not let customers have the drink they want. Especially when you have all the ingredients on hand. This is a common and popular boba option. I have never been to a boba place that doesn't have it before. I'm not complaining in a Karen way, but a "what the heck" way. The boba itself was a good consistency but had little to no flavor, at least when I tried it. My mother accompanied me on a second visit and they were very kind to her and even let her sample some of the popping pearls. Still no Taro Milk Tea for me though. I’m so happy that i finally found this place because I’ve been craving for milk tea for so long. I usually get taro milk tea & black latte milk tea and its so good I highly recommended it. But when it comes to the interior they need to improve it. There is nothing wrong with the food but the interior it makes me dont wanna sit and eat there it’s awful. There is so many chairs but there is only 3 tables. They need to put more tables so people could sit and eat. My house is hour from this place im dead on feet and when i grab food from this place i wanna sit down and relax but there’s only 3 tables available there is more chairs than the table And the decoration too is very awful and its kinda dark too for me. Knowing that this place is new seems like they didnt give their best enough to make this place look good they just think...

The people that work there are nice and have excellent customer service. They let you try items before you buy it, which is awesome. I have never had Bubble Tea before, but after the first time I was hooked and have been back several times. I have tired the coffee milk tea with both the tapioca balls and the coffee jelly and both are good. I also like the strawberry milk tea with the strawberry bobas or the watermelon milk tea with either the strawberry bobas or the passion fruit bobas. I would recommend this place for anyone to try.
