This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I am dogsitting for my son here in Gaithersburg. I get dd coffee every single day where I live in Baltimore. When I got here the other night, i was so happy that I found a dd...guy is rude. The coffee WAS WEAK like almost water! There's nothing I hate more than intentional weak coffee! They charge a lot more than Baltimore too. So I tried it again tonight, hoping it was just that guy. Well he was there again, was making a "new pot". Who has a dunkin donuts with no coffee made at all. No customers the other night and tonight, think I know why now. So I said to him nicely, Are you making new pot? If so, make sure you brew the whole pot, if you do it mid brew the coffee will be weak I said I was happy to wait. I waited, and I'm down where I ordered and paid or my coffee. He was so rude he made walk down the other end even though I had waited long for the coffee to brew..(seriously rude and bad customer service sir)...the coffee is TERRIBLE and WEAK again. Will never go to this place again. today October 24, 2024 at around 7:20pm, the man’s name was Ratan. At the location located at: 610 quince orchard road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 Multiple times I tried to state that he can’t refuse me service and he could call the police if he wanted to refuse me service. Where he decided to say that I could call the police, and that point he would take my order if I were to go put my service dog outside. I tried to show him an ada card which just has information about service animals with the questions that they are able to ask. I’ve gone to this location multiple times with my service animal and my retired service animal before he retired. He did eventually take my order but then told me to next time leave my service dog outside. Which is illegal. I stopped to pick up a box of 50 holes for my daughter's teacher end of year party.
