Good food, but terrible service. First, it’s over priced. But, to top it off, service is garbage. Don’t ever get take out from this place. They will take your money, they will make you wait three, four times longer for you food, and then give you an incomplete order. This last experience, these people tell me I must pay ahead for a large order for my party- understandable- but, for the third time now, I pick up my order, which wasn’t ready until much later than promised, and, when I check it, it is incomplete. Then, they tell me that the missing piece is not ready, without apology for sending me on my way with an incomplete order. To make matters worse, it turns out the missing part of my order had not even been prepared. An hour later, they still refuse to refund my money. At about an hour, though, they did finally give me the missing piece of my order. But, how cold is my food an hour later? This is garbage. I am disappointed in this place. I would much rather eat the mid-rate pupusas from any other place than deal with these...

I went to pick up a soup and pork and cheese pupusas. I serve my family and when I finally sit down to eat my food they gave me beans. I am allergic and cannot have beans I immediately all back and I explain what has occurred the lady said oh ok was it the cooks error or the lady who took your order. I explain I wouldn’t know I placed my order and repeated it twice. The employee named Rina said oh well you can come tomorrow we are now closed. I was shocked and had to ask her how is this correct you guys messed up my order and now you tell me to come back tomorrow. Horrible customer service I will never go back they clearly don’t care about their customers and refuse to correct things when they made the error I asked to speak to the initial person who took my order and Rina said she was in the bathroom. This place was ok. The restaurant is really tight and hectic. They thing that really weird me out is that in the woman’s bathroom the mirror has no space when I placed my finger on it. I don’t know what made me check, I took pictures and I got out of the bathroom fast. I will not be back. If it is a double sided mirror then that is not ok. Privacy protection laws are there for a reason. Always check to be safe!
