Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

All can say is the service is really starting to go down hill some of the kids is kinda of rude and late night before they are getting ready to close is really bad. It has happened to me more than once so I'm just All set. December 11 2023, once again at the jersey mikes in gaithersburg and I was given a hard time from the employee t I asked for a giant tuna with grilled onions and peppers which I have been getting for years. Either on the side or on my sandwich. The guy making it say sure and started making t comes and says no and throws my onions and pepper away and then try to wrap up my sandwich and give it to me. They didn't even put my topping on it and if she was paying attention instead of being ignorant she would have atleast known that. This is getting ridiculous because if I want onions and pepper on the side I'm allowed that. They need to monitor their employees better period. It sad because I come here...

Love this place. Food is great, clean atmosphere, friendly staff, however the reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because of the different prices I pay everytime I come in. I get the same thing anytime I come here. Giant 17 add bacon and a large drink. Today I payed $19 and change, yesterday I played $22 for the exact same thing, I have numerous receipts over the past 2 months for the same thing everytime some with the same price others more. Now why is that, I dont add a tip all the time and if I do I dont look at these as different prices. But when i dont the prices are differen . Now either you pay different prices depending on the day or time of day or someone is adding prices or tips prior time paying and that is highly illegal. This is highly unacceptable and I will be looking forward to an answer as to the differences in prices...

I dislike how condescending the snotty young girl workers are, the girl working with bread insisted she was only there to help you get the proper bread, and when i asked for cheese later on she decided to run her mouth causing me to say "uhm sorry i thought there would be a simple order that id go in....like what pizza places do instead of being quiet like you" she was blonde and clearly rude. If her job is to get me bread, start the meat, and cheese, she should use her brain and patience to ask first rather than not telling me anything then getting mad at me for ordering toppings later on that she should have helped with earlier. She is short and blonde, and the girl she was bluntly talking about me being "rude" with is a taller african american woman. The blonde girl needs to learn manners or she won't...
