Terrible customer service. I had a Movado watch that needed to be fixed and the owner, Eva, said it wouldn't be more than $50 and would take about two weeks to fix. It took them over four weeks to fix the watch (they ship their watches to NY) and they said the estimate was higher than $50. They ended up honoring their original estimate, so I paid $50. However, a week after wearing the watch, the minute hand fell off. I called to let them know and Eva said she "did me a favor" by only charging $50 because "Movado's are expensive". She was the one who quoted me "no more than $50"! Now, I don't know whether to return to the store for them to fix their mistake or if I shouldn't bother. Terrible customer service. Terrible...

I experienced a level of racism in this store that I have never experienced in my life. I was being helped when another customer came into the shop, the person working with me just walked away and proceeded to spend nearly five minutes with the other customer completely ignoring me. When I addressed her to let her know how disrespectful, racist and unprofessional she was, she didn't apologize she just said "okay" with her body half turned towards me and half turned towards the jewelry on the shelf she was reaching for to give to the other nonblack customer....

Best jewelry store in the DMV!!! This place makes you feel like you are a part of the family as soon you walk in. Eva and her team did a phenomenal job for our engagement ring.
