I am very dismayed by my experience that I had at Quincy's especially as a longtime customer at Quincy's. We have been coming to trivia at Quincy's for many years. I ordered a burger with blue cheese crumbles and chipotle aioli. On Mondays they have an $8 burger special. For the side, I ordered the sweet potato tater tots which I knew would be an upcharge. When the bill game I got charged $12.99 for the burger. Then, there was also an additional charge for the chipotle aioli, an additional charge for the bleu cheese crumbles and then an additional charge for the tots. So the whole total came to $16.98 before tip. When I questioned the waitress about it she says that because I ordered the sweet potato tater tots it completely negated the burger special and she had to charge me as normal. She said that she just works here and doesn't make the rules. But why was there an up charge on top of an upcharge? Like why would you charge me $12.99 for the burger and then charge an additional amount for the aioli and bleu cheese on top of that? When an employee who I believe was still training came around to check on us I decided to ask for the manager. The waitress came back who is not the manager. She was arguing with me about it. I think we might try trivia someplace else going forward. #tatergate...

Our 1st time here was good, sat at the bar to watch the game, no problems. Several subsequent visits at a table were pretty frustrating. Last visit we arrived at 12:45 and no drinks until 1:15, no food order taken until 1:40 (yes, I wrote down times after we waited so long) I commented that we'd been waiting a long time to place an order and he said "So what do you want?" Several requests for water, took about 10 mins to snag wait staff for utensils after food arrived, another request necessary for salt and pepper and condiments (everything was requested at once but he kept forgetting) It took too long to order anything. It was not busy, many open tables but staff disappears. We've been here 4 or 5 times hoping we just hit a couple bad days but seems to be the norm. Also, hard to tell staff from customers as they don't have any conformity. I have to say, it's a little off-putting being waited on by someone that looks like they just wandered over from the bar. The food was nothing special tho cheeseburger had a nice grilled flavor and Cobb salad was fresh and generously portioned. The servers are very friendly and we liked them but not enough to compensate for such long waits....

Worst experience ever last Friday night. I have been a bartender and cocktail waitress at different points in my life, so when I experience bad service it really bothers me. The bartenders charged me for three beers that I did not order. At nearly 10$ a beer, the price of the beers wouldn't have upset me so much if I hadn't been charged for so many that I didn't have the pleasure of drinking! The third beer, I took a sip, and put the coaster ontop of the beer, went to the bathroom and to have a smoke, when I came back, my cellphone was still there, but the beer was gone. I told the bartender, and he got me another beer. I didn't get to finish that one either. I am so frustrated... I have never had a tab like that in my life. When it was time to leave and I saw how many extra beers they charged me for I got upset, and asked them to take the extra beers off the tab. They called the police, and I was told that I had to pay the tab. I'm really disappointed, because, otherwise, I had an okay experience. The band was good, the appetizers were good, just very terrible customer service. I would not recommend going here, especially if you are used to common courtesy and...

We visited Quincy‘s in Gaithersburg for a late lunch on a Saturday. We had been looking forward to this visit since we’ve been to the Quincy‘s in Damascus and were happy with our meal there. We were very happy with the service, our server was attentive and very nice. The restaurant was clean and it had a cool vibe. Unfortunately, the food did not measure up. It was bland and tasteless. We ordered wings, chicken sandwich, and a fish and chips and a basket of onion rings. The wings were dry. The chicken sandwich and fries were mediocre at best. The fries were sparse and the chicken sandwich reminded me of something we could microwave at home. The fish was tasteless and bland, though ironically cooked well, and it was not greasy. Again, few fries, I wonder if they were running out of fries in the kitchen. One bright spot was the beer, you can get a pitcher, and it was nice and cold and delicious. The next time we have a craving for Quincy‘s we will head back up to Damascus and skip the Gaithersburg location.

Quincy's Bar and Grill is a restaurant that serves pub food and alcohol. The restaurant offers live music, happy hour, and trivia nights. They also have numerous TV's to watch sports. For dinner, I ordered a French Onion Soup, Reuben Sandwich, and Pizza. The French Onion Soup consisted of a flavorful beef broth with caramelized onions, swiss cheese, and bread. The Reuben Sandwich consisted of corned beef, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing on marbled rye bread. It was served with crispy tater tots. I felt like the sandwich was heavier than what I like or am used to. The corned beef resembled the texture and thickness of beef brisket. The sauerkraut was very salty and sour compared to what I'm used to. Despite this location not offering flatbread, I enjoyed the large thick crust white pizza topped with grilled chicken and mushrooms.

My friend and I enjoyed lunch here in a nearly empty place on a Monday afternoon. She enjoyed the Quincy's Corned Beef sandwich that featured a large amount of corned beef piled high and topped with a heavily-mayo coleslaw on a sesame seeds bun. I enjoyed a Burger Done Your Way with sauteed onions and mushrooms on a large tasty bun. My side salad came with a tangy mustard dressing.
