Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Galax

The last two times we have went to get pizza we have had to wait. The first time we ordered on the app and when we pulled through driveway to get it, we heard what they were giving the customer in front of us and it was our order. We pulled up and after a frantic 5 minutes search we were told “there was a mistake and ours hadn’t been made yet” (even though we got an email it was ready) and we were given a beeper and told to pull up and it would beep when it was ready. It never beeped, so had to go in and ask about it. We finally got our pizza after a 45 minute wait. This most recent time we ordered in the drive thru and was told it would be just a few minute wait because the pizza was in the oven. We were given the beeper again to wait for it. Once again, we never got a beep and had to go in and ask for it. After a 25 minute wait we received our pizza. This most recent time there were 10-12 cars...

My son has leukemia. He's been treated now for about a year, and his tastebuds change daily. For about a month, all we could get him to eat was pizza. (Chemo does weird things to appetites and tastebuds) Little caesars was the only pizza he would eat. My dad, who was at work as a police officer, stopped by to try and beat them before they closed. Max was having a fit for a pizza, but they had recently closed up. Instead of turning my dad away, they opened back up, made him a fresh pizza, and gave it to us for no charge. Something simple, sure. But when he's awake all night and screaming for pizza, it was actually a huge deal for us. They helped is prevent another NG tube! So thank you Galax Little Caesars!! I went through the drive thru and got pizzas and Italian cheese bread and it was dried out and hard... it crunches like potato chips and when I called to let them know about the pizzas I was called a liar by the lady who answered the phone! I heard her telling the manager... this lady on the phone said she came through the drive thru 30 minutes ago and got pizzas and they all are hard and old and I know she’s lying because the pizzas are fresh! Ummm not a happy customer at all because I don’t appreciate being called a liar and that was very unprofessional! 😑 I offered to bring them to her and let her have a look and let her know she was very unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate her calling me a liar!
