Hobby Lobby — Local services in Galax

I truly love this store. There are so many great items here, and I often find exactly what I need. Usually, the staff is kind and respectful. ⠀ But today, I had an experience that left me disappointed. I approached a store employee and asked where the Graduation section was. It’s a very simple word — hard to mispronounce. I speak with a British accent because I’m from Europe. But Graduation still sounds like Graduation. ⠀ In response, I heard a flat “What?” — three times. Not “I’m sorry?”, not “Could you repeat that, please?” — just “What?”, with no courtesy at all. ⠀ That felt unpleasant. I personally didn’t take it to heart, but someone else might have felt truly disrespected and even filed a complaint. ⠀ In my opinion, that was unprofessional. I normally have a very pleasant time shopping at Hobby Lobby, but my last shopping experience was not good, the Galax location has a female staff member who is very rude, having just spent over $500.00 dollars, my wife simply asked about an item in the front area, while we were waiting on our daughter to finish checking out, this employee loudly stated with an attitude that they were closed, and she had a birthday party to get to. It was 7 minutes past the closing time. It was a simple inquiry, but it cost them a $150.00 dollar sale. Another man approached the entrance while we were still waiting for our daughter in check out this employee had words with him, he left rather mad and after another exchange of words, he called her a bad name as they both shouted at each other. The staff and the inventory at this hobby lobby is always. I not only find what I'm looking for but always find things that I wasn't looking for to help many times with other projects.
