Taco Bell — Restaurant in Galax

I door dashed 2 orders and it was 9:45 pm I got the order, at 10:20 pm I’m told there out of beef. They say can I call the customers an ask what they want as a substitute, then after I called them they say their out of cinnabons and asked if I’d call the customer back and they’d replace them with cinnamon twist. I finally get the order an hour an 10 mins after it was placed, as they fulfilled orders in drive thru ahead of DoorDash, worrying about their stats for the day. Then I return the next day and waited on a DoorDash for 30 minutes while half the employees was sitting around a table laughing and talking unconcerned with the door dash order, I finally started looking frustrated an someone from the table got up an asked the employees in the kitchen where’s the door dash. Needless to say they treat door dash like it’s not a priority a they’ll do drive thru before door dash due to their so called stats. Managers needed, cause what I’ve seen everyone is on lazy time at Taco...

Came through the drive thru and the guy who took our order was very rude and arrogant. Then when we got to the window the guy with light brown or blonde colored long hair past his shoulders that looked stringy and greasy was wiping his face and neck with his bare hands and handling our food. Umm excuse me but that’s unsanitary and nasty. He had no gloves on and did not wash his hands and he had a hat on yes but his hair was still flying everywhere and he was touching it and his face then touching our stuff. We are in a pandemic and that’s not a way to handle safety in a restaurant. I’m sorry but it’s not! I come there often but I’m about to stop! Thank you to the ones who has given good service in the past and a pleasant visit. It is a shame that some doesn’t have any morals or respect for themselves or others in a public place nowadays! I drove to the drive thru line. Once I reached the spot where I could place my order, I was informed there was a 20 minute wait. I explained I was stuck between vehicles in line but couldn’t wait 20 minutes for fast food. I let the cars behind me know the wait time and asked to be able to back out of the space in line. Then someone from Taco Bell spoke up to say they were mistaken about the number of cars in line shown on camera. They could now take my order. I promptly let them know I no longer wished to purchase food from this restaurant and only wanted a way to get out of the line.
