Fajitas Jalisco Restaurant — Restaurant in Galena Park

This place is across the street from where I live so I was super excited to have a Mexican restaurant so close. I wanted spinach enchiladas but they don't serve them, so I got the chicken quesadilla instead. The salsa served with our chips was still hot, which personally, I didn't like. I like my salsa at room or fridge temperature. Our server wasn't very good. She didn't check up on us at all and I don't think she ever refilled our waters either. The food itself was pretty boring. I will start by saying that everyone has different taste and likes about food. I have been here twice already and I am very impressed with their cheese steak burrito dinner. The first time I ordered the dinner, it had fajita beef and grilled onions inside it which was good. I came back today to try the same dinner again but with bell pepper inside it. When they served it to me, the burrito tasted even better than the first one. It gave the burrito a whole new flavor which I savored with queso over it. Here's a great restaurant when you want to get off the beaten path and find a neighborhood spot. I had cheese enchiladas, and they were the best I've had in quite some time. I also have to compliment them on the salsa. They brought me two bowls: one a milder, warm (stove-hot), tomato-based red sauce and a creamy, much spicier green sauce. I'm a fan of spicy, and I really enjoyed the green. I ate there on a Thurs evening, and sadly, the restaurant was empty when I walked in at 715. I'm assuming they do a more lively...
