Took us several phone calls, two nights and a 4:30 pm arrival to finally get in - I don't take no for an answer very well. It was worth it! Only issue is they kept saying that outside seating was full - all tables had reserved signs on them - but never a patron in sight. I think it was too hot for the wait staff - but they should have been honest. The waiter (Don - Americanized version of his name Dahan) was OUTSTANDING. He took a great meal and turned it into an event. He was always there to fill a wine glass and to crack a joke. All four of us could not say enough great things about him!!! We had amazing steaks, prime rib and the boys had the Greek fries, which they loved. Friends shared the Brandy Alexander which was the size of his head! Definite must do on your travels - don't let the old exterior scare you off. Worth the work to get in there!

The food was good but not sure it’s worth the money. The focus heavily on the Greek flavors which just wasn’t a flavor i enjoyed for a steak place. Staff was really great! Bit dark in there but tables were spaced nicely. I would say definitely a log cabin decor and not super fancy besides the prices. Food isn’t plated spectacular, kind of just meat with juice gliding on the plate and some green herb. They do not offer vegetable sides or even mashed potatoes like traditional steak house. Some broccoli really would have lightened the flavors and gave freshness to the meal, but the salad they offered was okay too. If you like untraditional and want to try new flavors give it a try but personally not my favorite nor will I be going again

Wow, nothing but tremendous impressions on this wayyy fine establishment! * Completely booked for the night so they opened early to serve more patrons! Including us, thank goodness! * An owner greeted us at the door! Always a good clue to a great dining experience! * Our waiter, Sergio, said he would treat us like guests at his own home, and boy did he!! Scraped crums off our table between courses..I LOVE THAT! * Salmon and Pork Chop prepared Greek style were our best EVER! * Relish tray with cheese veggie dip and a loaf of fresh warm bread to start...are you kidding me? Yum! * Carrot cake with ice cream...Again, you gotta be kidding me! Did I say Sergio was great? Did I say Wow?!! Yep...

I loved everything about this place. From sitting at the bar and enjoying a French 75 and listening to their amazing piano man to the full meal experience, it was a night to remember. We started with the flaming cheese which a must get experience. Our waiter, Andrew, is a notch above when it comes to service. The funniest part is getting fresh ground pepper. That's the biggest grinder I've ever seen! Our food was great. I had the side (huge) salad with a side of the best anchovies and the cod. It was so delicious, cooked perfect and served with butter. The dessert options are great but we had stuff at home. Next time I'll have the Brandy Alexander. We will be back.

We went here for dinner tonight. Dillion was our waiter and did an amazing job! Honestly, the best service I have received in a restaurant in a long time. He was friendly, checked in with us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. I never had saganski before but tried it on his recommendation. It was amazing! The Greek style filet was the best I ever had. 100% recommended this restaurant. It will be on my repeat list every time I come to Galena.
