Up until today, I would have easily and respectfully given a 5 star rating. Love the pizza, as well as the other food, and the staff has always been cool to us. We've been regular customers to this particular location for nearly 15 years (ever since we first moved to Galesburg). For everything from pizza, to snacks, soda, gas, beer, etc.
We tried ordering a pizza tonight, like we have countless times before and never had any issues. But apparently, there's a new policy saying you won't deliver outside of a 3 mile radius. That's all well and good. I get it.Gas prices are ridiculous right now. The problem is, according to Google Maps, we.re only 1.1 miles away! Called the store and the lady said that their "system" said we were more than 3 miles away. As a point of reference, the other Casey's CLEAR on the opposite side of town from us is only about 3.6 miles away.
Still love you guys. Still love the pizza. But if your system is saying that customers who are barely a mile away are outside of your 3 mile delivery range, then your "system" needs fixed. That is really, and erroneously, limiting your delivery options, which will also limit your business.Hope you all get this...
Read moreI went in today 1/10/25. My boyfriend was driving and I went in to pay cash for the gas. Well, I paid and when I came back out to go to pump 1, some man in a big truck kept honking at my boyfriend. We haven't even pumped. But he made us move. When I went in the store, the manager was beyond rude. The guy that took the spot tried to say we honked first. We'll, probably cuz he was stealing my spot. He was trying to steal my gas. All the manager did was give me attitude and handed me my money back. I didn't appreciate the fact they kept zero interest in keeping my business. I used to but ALL my gas at Casey's. You lost a customer unless you make this right. Nobody, absolutely nobody, honks at a car when the gas hasn't been pumped yet. I want reinstated. I want gas gift cards for the inconvenience. This is absolutely NO way to run a business with a bad...
Read moreThere's a guy that carries his small dog into the store, nothing gets said to him at all. Management even allows it. If I witness this anymore I will first use my first amendment right and video the situation, I will then contact the health department and show them the video..
