Absolutely horrible food and service. The only good part of our experience this evening was the drive-thru employee that took our order. Went in to get the small fries we were shorted and said something to an employee about my medium fry being half full and she just walked away from me. Stood there for 3-5 minutes before I was acknowledged again by an employee from the back. Finally got our shorted small fry and got my medium topped off and home we went. Opened my burger and it was horrible. Bun was stale and fell apart, meat was hours old, and the amount of ketchup that was on this thing was enough to make a dozen cheeseburgers. Also the fries were not consumable unless you love lots and lots of salt. I am mostly disgusted because Mc Donaldâs was my first job and I took so much pride in my work, treated every customer like I would want to be treated, and just felt blessed to have a job at 14 years old. I do not want a free meal or to get anyone in trouble. I JUST WANT YOU TO TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO AND KNOW THAT IF YOUR CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY AND DOESNâT SPEND THERE HARD EARNED MONEY AT YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT YOU WONâT HAVE A JOB TO GO TO⌠Please just take a moment and think about others too and would you want your Mom or Dad treated that way when they go out to eat..    Read moreSlow. Very very slow. You could be the only customers, and they are still slow. The floors all over the entire restaurant was slimy slippery. I was slipping every step. They didnât look dirty, there was just some sort of grime film all over. There were no ketchup cups and I asked the worker next to the ketchup for more cups. He points to the ketchup and I again pointed out thereâs no cups to put the ketchup in. So he then hands me a cup lid and told me I can put my ketchup on top of the lid. What? So I walked up to the counter with the registers and asked for ketchup. The worker says she will get me one. One??? I have a family of 6 I just ordered for. A local family looked at me when I turned around and said this is why they go through drive through here and then comes in because the workers are horrible. Wow. Later, my autistic son has a small autistic meltdown from his disability, and the same worker that gave me a cup lid for ketchup then starts laughing his butt off. My husband took my autistic son outside to calm down and give him a moment to regulate his sensory intake, and the worker man is looking at me laughing. What is funny about my autistic son having a visible disability???? Then a worker goes to the bathroom at the same time as me, farting and walks out without washing their hands. I am not the tug tipe, the tipe that will reach back there and smack him in mouth for being so rude to customers, when I tried to explain that to him he told me to do it. In the past few weeks I have ordered hot cakes & sausage got home and had no sausage. Ordered hot cakes and sausage got home and had two hot cakes and one mangled up 1/2 of a pancake. I also took up for one of your cashier's one day that a customer spit on. You ask about my visit so there you go. Maybe if I am having so many problems with this MacDonald's I should just go to Burger King give them my problems and money. This MacDonald's has a few good managers and several go workers, been eating there for the 27 years that I've lived in this neighborhood it is a shame that I will have to drive across town to Burger King, because a one smart mouth cashier, and one manager not doing his job.
