Subway — Restaurant in Galesburg

The past three months I have gone through the drive-thru several times, and it takes at least 20 minutes. I had paid and my food was sitting on the counter, and the girl stopped and made a sandwich for someone else while I waited - and my food was right there. Tonight a friend and I went in the store to eat. She asked for a cup for water, they gave her a medium sized cup and charged her almost $3 for it. The clerk would not give her a refund. We ordered and went to pick up our order tonight and received the wrong sandwich or one sandwiches order was wrong.
