Panda Buffet — Restaurant in Galesburg

Went for lunch with three other people. It was not good. Whenever I see pizza on a Chinese buffet, I know the food will be sub-par. The selection of items is good, but the quality of food was lacking. I realize that none of this stuff is "cooked", but rather opened from a can/container and heated up. But still, most of what I had wasn't good, and almost none of it was hot. Some was barely warm.

Service was ok. Friendly, but no offer of a water refill until we were getting our check.

I'm fairly certain we weren't there on an off day, as this is what Chinese buffets are like in a lot of cities. I am always blown away at people who think this is good...

I have never been so disrespected in my life. My family and I have been going to this same restaurant for years. Unfortunately I have been suffering with severe stomach issues and it makes it to where I am unable to eat. Well it was Christmas Eve and my family wanted to go out so we did. As soon as we walked in the same waitress we've had for years looks at me and says. You lost so much weight, you don’t look good, you need to eat! I normally would have lost it but I’ve been dealing with this for almost a year now and it feels like I’m dying most days and it’s lovely that this lady in customer service thought it was okay to talk to...

The best food I have had on a Chinese buffet. A huge amount of food choices of appetizers, entrees, side dishes, salads, deserts, Chinese, American, on and on. Every single thing had it's own unique and delicious taste. Dozens of beverage choices. The atmosphere is very nice, a fish pond, light music and everything clean and very nice looking right down to the spacious, pretty, spotless and nice smelling bathrooms. I live in the Quad Cities so Crazy Buffet is an hour away but I will be highly recommending it to everyone and I will be returning there every time I go to Galesburg, which fortunately will be in a couple weeks....
