This store is very unprofessional. I’m very unpleased with my service that I receive today. I did a trade-in on a phone and it somehow I was supposed to get $1000 off my trade-in value of my iPhone, but to find out they added another line to my bill and when I went into talk about it, they said there was nothing they can do with for me. I spoke with the Manager Tre M and he was just like oh there’s nothing we can do call customer service and then I proceeded to ask him to call his boss over him, which was Brandon Lock who the Gm and he proceeded to say oh it’s just nothing we can do about it and then I proceeded to ask for Brandon Lock who is the GM of the location manager, and he proceeded to say that he doesn’t have a manager over him. And Trey M, who is the manager of the store was just like oh it’s nobody higher up than Brandon Lock and I just find that hard to believe. They are truly scamming people at this location. Both reps were exceedingly helpful in showing me the various phones that I wanted to see and explained to me the differences in their technical capabilities. After choosing the iPhone14P, Braden then spent time to set up my new phone as I wanted it to be with a new phone number, and he explained to me how I could further make changes as I wanted in transferring data from my prior android phone. I was very impressed with both the attention the reps gave me as well as the educational advice they provided to me.
