Shoe Sensation — Local services in Galesburg

The younger girl and older woman that were working that Saturday were both very helpful. I almost left the store and went somewhere else to buy shoes, until the younger girl checked to see if she could get what I wanted online. While she did that the older woman sold me on a different pair. They worked well and it was like they knew what the other was doing .. and I knew then that they were both trying very hard to make me buy from their store. I liked that they tried that much harder when they didn't need to. I'll go back because I know that this store's employees will work with you and try to do the very best even if they don't have the size or color or whatever you need. They could use a raise too, but I know the powers that be wont want to hear that. Companies should know when they have quality people that are capable of making sales before those individuals go somewhere else or in a different line of work because of a say $1hr raise. Yes very bad customer service and I went to the store in Galesburg ill and when I walked in one of the employees helped me somewhat to find shoes in my size ..well they showed me and left back to the front So I didn't know my size shoe and they didn't help when all the employees are up front but one sign said perfect fit we will help..that's a joke so just left the store and called the customer service 800# and I told them about my experience so I went to another place to get my shoes .shame on you shoe sensation you didn't earn my...

I really enjoyed my shopping experience. Very friendly staff and so helpful!!! I bought my 1st pair Skechers Slip In's. My size is a popular size so I had to order them. The only thing I didn't like was the selection was very minimal!!! Only had 3 different styles?!? I looked for my husband too, and only a couple selections on them as well. The store needs more selections...
