It’s beyond frustrating when you order a large order for your family visiting from out of town, drive to pick up your order, get home and half of your wings aren’t in the bag. I called in to ask for the rest of my order and was accused of lying about my missing items. To say I’m upset is an understatement. We spend a lot of money here monthly. Ordered door dash from this location about a month ago and the wings were covered in grease. I figured I’d go in and order today. I was the only one in the restaurant and the employee told me to wait a minute to order because he had mobile orders to put together first. I watched him put three orders together and did not even look at me. After 10 minutes of standing there not even able to order, I just walked out. This place will never get my business again. There isn't much room to wait when you order. The service was okay. Guy was friendly but I could barely hear him speak.

Now the food wasn't bad - cheaper than BWW... But the wings are smaller and they don't provide any dipping sauces... I had to pay for the dipping sauce. All of it. What kind of wing place doesn't build in complimentary dipping sauces?

I would prefer to just go to BWW.

P.S. The ranch was very good that I had to pay for. Wing sauce was good. IMO not...
