Alicia's Burrito Express — Restaurant in Gallup

I just want to say one thing Perla Olivas what you said in your review is a complete lie. Im the son of the owner I've worked there for 12+ years and we've never had a fridge. There is a walk in cooler and freezer and I'm the one that cleans those so on that your wrong. Roaches no not at all that's upsured, and my mother the owner rude old lady wow . If you didn't like the food then you should have said something to the staff. They say the customer is always right. It amazes me though how you can be so rude and incorrect about Alicia's Burrito I'm glad you don't go anymore cause I would be glad to give you a tour of our roach infested dirty fridge old lady owning...

No problems at all, good food. Just not GREAT food sorry. I eat a lot of Mexican and this was just good. Definitely go, but don't expect it to blow your mind or anything. I had my usual go-tos. Chicken quesadilla, asada burrito, and tacos adovada. I liked everything but even as STARVING as I was it was whatever. I'm glad I stopped but there's possibly better Mexican in the area.

Also it's on the back wall inside Lowe's, to the right. I walked straight to the back wall, looked both ways, didn't see it. Walked out assuming it was outside behind the store. It was strange that there was no signs anywhere but...

Sometimes they mess up a bit on orders...not sure if it's miscommunication between the order takers & cooks, or lack of attention to detail by the cooks, or a lack of understanding when placing orders by phone with certain people. Usually we don't bother trying to call to fix the order, because to us it's not really worth having to go back after we're already at home.(Unless it's something major, like the time I was given a smothered burrito with only rice inside instead of the desabrada I ordered.) We do enjoy the delicious food though...just gotta try to check your orders before...
